Everything was great. The bathroom was separate and the room was beautiful with a beautiful view. The staff were friendly and cheerful, and the service was excellent. The food was good and of high quality. The restaurant staff were very friendly and cheerful. If I come here myself, I will definitely come back. I was very impressed. The service was excellent and the location was very convenient. I really liked this place. I would recommend it. You won't be disappointed. ❤️

Check in and check out were a bit slow. 2 pm still can’t check in, well fair the hotel said that their check in time is 3pm, but even after 5pm the hotel still hasn’t emailed me if I can check in already

酒店很新，設施很棒，是這幾天歐洲之行住的最舒服的2晚。位置就在歌劇院對面，門口有M1地鐵，轉乘各種公共交通都很方便。Reception很友好，check in的時候聊了好一會，總之，推薦。

My experience here as AMAZING.
1. Location was perfect. Right across from the Opera House and there is a subway station entry right outside of the hotel
2. Facility: this is a newly built hotel (I think they only opened a year ago). Every thing is stylish and beautiful. Consistent with the W Hotels aesthetic.
3. Service: the staff was super friendly and thoughtful. We were celebrating our anniversary and they offered some chocolate and dessert in the room and when we dined there!!
4. They only have one restaurant there that serves Asian fusion at night and break in the morning. I would give it a 4 out of 5.
Overall one of our favorites stays ever.
