Very kind staff evry things good

We enjoyed our stay. The location is near in most of the tourist spot in budapest.The staff is very accommodating from the breakfast to the front desk.

Great location and comfortable room. A little dated but it was clean and a pleasant stay. Staff were extremely friendly and polite. Breakfast was ok, mostly continental with a few hot bits. Staff very attentive.

The maintenance is not that to be found, but super close to the river side. Will stay again.

The price on Ctrip is much lower than the official website price. I booked it from Ctrip. 1. When checking in, I asked the front desk if there was bottled water. The front desk said it was in the room. I found it was not available when I entered the room. I went to the front desk to ask for it. 2. The water flow for the shower was very small, and there was basically no pressure. 3. The hotel breakfast was limited. The yogurt in a small bottle would be empty after 2-3 people, and I had to wait for the staff to refill it. I actually didn't specifically give a bad review of this hotel for the above 3 points. Many European hotels are unsatisfactory. I have psychological expectations. This is the worst Marriott hotel I have ever stayed in, no one else. After breakfast, I found that I couldn't open the door with my swipe. I went to the front desk and there was no apology from the front desk. That's fine. The front desk did a lot of work, but it still didn't work when I came up!! I went down again and found the front desk, but to no avail. They said they were waiting for the door repairman. I kept waiting, but no one came. I don't know how long I have to wait. (I'm standing at the door waiting now) The front desk didn't have any attitude to help solve the problem. I will write an email to complain to Marriott. Please be careful when booking this hotel, because judging from the attitude of the front desk, this is the norm. Spending a lot of time waiting for European maintenance workers at the station entrance during the trip is very detrimental to your mood. I repeat, the front desk did not have any apologetic language attitude, nor any attitude to help solve the problem, just let you wait.

The facilities are very, very old. Everything else is fine, but the shower facilities are terrible! We stayed in a two-bedroom room with two bathrooms. We checked out and went to other countries for a week before returning to this hotel. We went through four bathrooms in total. I can say responsibly that none of them worked. One of the bathrooms in the first stay had no water at all, and the water pressure in the other was so low that I couldn't wash my hair. The second stay, both shower heads were spraying water toward the wall, so I could only hold them in my hands to take a shower, and the water was hot and cold, which was very, very bad. The location and service are OK, and the room is very quiet. There are many delicious restaurants downstairs, and there is a pedestrian street next to it. The internet celebrity comme chez soi is also a five-minute walk away.

I have to praise Ctrip's online customer service staff for all hotel reservations in Europe. I brought my son and always hoped to randomly arrange a king-size bed or twin beds to save money. Breakfast is until 11 o'clock. We booked to enter the Parliament Building at 8 o'clock. After the visit, we returned to the hotel for breakfast. It is very close to several subways. Highly recommended. The hotel is right by the Danube River. It is not far from the Chain Bridge and Buda Castle. There is also a subway. It is very convenient to get a transportation pass. The subway is black M. By the way, I recommend this restaurant. Apple foie gras, beef soup, and ice beer are superb.
