Worth every penny! The view is amazing and stunning, love the shower room and the amenities!

The hotel is right on the Buda fisherman bastion the best location,a little pricey. Disappointed due to no air conditioning hotel said they put off air conditioning during this season Starting October. Most of Europe does this. They instructed us to just open windows,if a person has respiratory issues it would affect their breathing. The temperature of the room is not consistent near the window is cold away from the window is hot, Otherwise it is a good place to stay.

Paid for better view of budapest. Slightly pricy in term of facilities and room size offered. Do have nice view but old furnitures and decor. Located at tourist area. Staff are helpful but the hotel is too big so need to serve many guest in peak period.

Dear Hilton Management, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent stay and the unacceptable handling of payment at check-out. When I checked out in the morning, I was informed that the printer was not working and therefore no invoice could be issued. I was told it would be sent by email, but I have not received anything to date. At check-out, I specifically requested to pay the minibar and lobby bar charges with a different credit card. However, the front desk staff insisted on using the card provided for the deposit. I agreed, but only after confirming the charges at the counter before leaving. To my surprise, after 8:00 p.m. the same day, an additional charge of 3,200 HUF was made to my card without any details provided and without my consent. This action is highly unprofessional and unacceptable for a five-star hotel. Taking money from a guest’s account without transparency or approval is not only a violation of trust but also damaging to Hilton’s reputation. The female staff member on duty at 11 a.m. who mishandled this situation should be formally warned, and I request a full explanation as well as a proper invoice for my stay. I expect this matter to be resolved promptly. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and advise me of the corrective actions being taken.

Location is walkable to Fishermen Bastion, ideal for those who wants to go early to take photos without the crowd. Size of room is decent with space to open 2 luggages (29" and 30"). There is water provided at lobby every morning so we are able to fill our bottles with water everyday. Gym also have water refill if needed. Bathroom comes with standing shower and bathtub too. However note that you will need to call for uber/bolt to get to the other side of the city which is what we did whenever we visit other attractions or popular dining places.
