On the first days, the A/C wasn't working. Then later the hot water stopped to work. The front desk staff can work better to be more friendly and polite.

The location is very convenient. The hotel also has different facilities. The breakfast is delicious

Camera moderne ,personale molto gentile, l’unica pecca è che non abbiamo avuto gli asciugamani e tutto il necessario per asciugarsi dopo la doccia

O Conforto, a limpeza, é surreal. A localização não é muito central, mas é de fácil acesso as estações de tran. Perto de mercados e também é possível ir a região central a pé. O atendimento é ótimo, com certeza recomendo e retornarei ao hotel.

Good silent hotel, easy to reach

Manque de rangement dans la chambre. Manque de place et rangement dans la salle de bain. Bien mettre la pancarte pour qu’on fasse votre chambre sinon elle ne sera pas faite.

Great hotel, breakfast was nice, staff helpful and friendly. Room was clean and warm, location was ideal just by the tram stop. View from my hotel window was great!! Price was reasonable Excellent hotel, I would definitely come back here! Thankyou for such a lovely stay B&B Hotels

I really enjoyed my stay at B&B Hotel, Budapest. The breakfast was awesome and filling, comfortable beds and great overall service. Close walking distance to train station, trams and restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel for solo and families that are traveling.
