Very nice hotel, though I didn't understand what area I was staying in, since I checked in late at night until the morning and checked out early. Nice design in the lobby, at the bar, in the room. Extremely nice staff, they tried very hard to help me as a tourist. Good coffee at the bar. Good bed, comfortable to sleep in, clean and quiet. Internet works well. I recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay at the Selina Palermo Hotel. The cleaning was impeccable, the receptionists were very kind and the location was perfect! The only point of improvement would be the bed, which is really bad, noisy and uncomfortable at night. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

The location, the atmosphere, and above all the very pleasant and helpful employees!

Our room was basic but clean with table and chair. No hairdryer, tissues or glasses. Four choices for included breakfast which was ok. Best thing about hotel was Pablo on the front desk who welcomed us enthusiastically, was really helpful. Shops and restaurants 4 blocks west.

In a super fun area. Staff is fantastic!! Lots of space. Relatively pricey for BA (a small dorm bunk place is same as airbnb flat with a pool); but was good for me and I cancelled the airbnb! Lots of really cool restaurants and shops; cafes in the area.

We reserved a room for 3 days (2 nights) and on the check in they told us that the elevator isn't working and it will be fixed soon (maximum 1 day waiting for fixing). Because of that they made us small discount. There was no one to help with the bags (get them to floor 5) except the receptionist who asked to take our bags but obviously she couldn't alone so we did it. Along the stay we didn't get clean towels on time and we had to get down to reception (5 floors) to take them by ourself. The elevator didn't get fixed untill the last and every day they said that the day after it will be fixed. We took our bags down by ourself (5 floors). Bad experience there.

We stayed 5 days in Selina Palmero and the location is amazing. Rooms are clean. As a minor improvement point, not everything works a 100% - broken facilities happen. The rooftop bar is under construction. We liked the downstairs bar which has a relaxed atmosphere. All staff was really friendly. Uchi and Diego were amazing and helped us out many times.

The hostel is very clean and in the Best place of palermo also the team work pretty well. There is a bar inside of the place, the rooms is very very clean, travelling a lot here and this is one of the best experience and the best in buenos aires, there is a guy on reception who knows about parties and bar around the hostel he is called charlie, also diego who works there is very entusiast and a nice person. Is a nice experience, the best barbecue place is town is two streets from the place, and a lot of bar and parties in 10 minutes walking, love that place

This hotel no longer exists!!! Caution! It's now a Selina or Socia/Tel hostel. It's all very confusing, but it no longer functions as a hotel. On the other hand, the hostel itself also leaves something to be desired. Common areas and elevators are poorly maintained, although it would be satisfactory as a hostel.

I MADE THE RESERVATION THROUGH BOOKING FOR 1 QUADRUPLE ROOM WITH BREAKFAST FOR 4 NIGHTS AND THE RATE INDICATED 233USD, IT ALSO INDICATED A REFERENCE VALUE OF 225,605 PESOS. TO THIS VALUE, THE MUNICIPAL IMPOSSIBLE ADDED 726 PESOS PER PERSON PER DAY. TOTAL AT THE BLUE EXCHANGE RATE (UNOFFICIAL EXCHANGE RATE) LET'S SAY 1220; IT IS ABOUT 280THOUSAND/290THOUSAND PESOS. THEY WANTED TO CHARGE MORE THAN 400THOUSAND PESOS. TODAY I CALLED AND COMPLAINED AND THE WOMAN WHO HELPED ME TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE WHAT THEY WANT AND NOT LETTING ME MAKE MY COMPLAINT, SHE CUTTED UP THE PHONE, BEING ABSOLUTELY RUDE. I HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH FOREIGN TOURISM FOR MORE THAN 10 YEARS; IN TRAVEL AGENCIES AND 5 STAR HOTELS; I KNOW THE WORK PROTOCOL AND I ALSO STUDIED HOTEL INDUSTRY AND TOURISM; THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF WHAT THEY DID, IT WAS A SCAM AND THE TELEPHONE OPERATOR/RECEPTIONIST WHO WAS HERE TODAY, SEPTEMBER 27, 24 IN THE MORNING, CUT OFF MY PHONE BECAUSE I COULD NOT TALK AND SHE WAS UPSET......AN INCREDIBLE LACK OF RESPECT. I MAKE IT CLEAR THAT NOWHERE IN THE RESERVATION THAT I RECEIVED BY EMAIL OR WHEN ENTERING BOOKING DID IT SAY THAT THE ONLY FORM OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED WAS IN AMERICAN DOLLAR BILLS; THIS SHOULD BE CLARIFIED IN WRITING. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE BECAUSE OF THEIR POOR SERVICE, THEIR ILL-EDUCATED STAFF AND THEIR LACKING KNOWLEDGE IN HANDLING CLAIMS AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST BECAUSE THEY LIE ABOUT THE PRICE.

The hostel is original, relaxed and friendly. The suite I booked was excellent. The hot water was the best, the bed was great and everything that made you rest like a god. The welcome drink was original, the staff was friendly and the neighbourhood was dreamy. I gave it a 4 out of 5 because breakfast is not included and in that category it can't be left out.
