Staff was so friendly and helpful especiallly the girls reception who can speak english and driver name ike. He was helping us and trying his best to accomudate us. The hotel got their restaurant and performance at night

We came at a very busy time of year. One morning, we were still sleeping someone opens the door…. Assumed it was the maid. Not long after the maid knocks and asks to clean the room. We weren’t to check out for 3-4 hours later. It was affordable. There is a bus to the transfer station and they will pick you up. The second day, 8 am (still sleeping) a knock to get up and get your Covid test. As I was packing up, the maid came in and started taking the sheets off the bed. All and all not bad, if you can deal with the curt service.

It should be an old hotel that has been open for many years. The service staff have a good work attitude, but the facilities are not very good and are relatively old. Of course, the requirements for the Jiahemu Scenic Area cannot be too high!

Very good room, spacious and bright, you can watch the stars together at night, the villa is located at the entrance of the scenic area. Unfortunately, there is only a bowl of noodles for breakfast, but the overall price-performance ratio is good.

Hemu is really beautiful. The cleaning lady, housekeeper, front desk staff and restaurant at Hesheng Villa are all very hospitable and provide good service. The bar proprietress is also very enthusiastic. You can really tell that they are working hard. Moreover, little Zati is super enthusiastic and capable. He helped us move our luggage around without any annoyance. When he saw our car stuck in a ditch from a distance, he waved to us and told us not to worry and come right away to help us pull the car out. It was so cool. As a skiing enthusiast, I strongly recommend this villa. I wish Hesheng Villa gets better and better, and I wish the boss a lot of money!
