Very clean and nice place to stay. Only bad thing was the AC was stuck on one temperature and it was freezing. So had to on and off many times over the night.

Service is excellent but there's no wifi, shower not working properly.

1. Check-in. I presented to the receptionist my reservation and they confirmed the booking but to whatever their reason, they took me more than 30 mins to wait for my check-in. They handed me 2 bottled water as a courtesy. 2. The door is stocked that I need to call for assistance to open the door for me. Upon entry, I immediately go to the toilet. The lio is broken and wet that someone might have peed before my use. The lip of the cover is broken. No tissue for wipes after use. 3. The AC is not working that I need to take shower to cool down my body before i go to bed yet there is no hot water in the shower itself. 4. On bed, i searched for the towels and blanket but provided with not too white worn out towels and a dirty white blanket. 5. The following day, I requested for housekeeping but according to the receptionist, they are not allowed to do the housekeeping without the customer inside so I need to bring all my heavy things then come back. 6. When i come back at night, i asked for my room card and they took another 30-45 mins waiting time. Too my surprise the receptionist mentioned that the room is free and ready for occupancy again. 7. Upon entry again, I ask for a bottled water but asked me to pay again. The second day do not have a complimentary water same as other hotels. 8. Not so clean and not so good anymore.

So accommodating staff. They really take your request seriously.

the room is not so clean there are cockcroaches i cannot sleep because of the outside noise like karaoke motorcycle and trucks noises the bathroom clogged I'll never book sogo again the only good thing about sogo is the location staff service very poor

We stayed overnight after watching the fireworks show on the 30th The room was clean and the room service was good We had a flickering light in the cr and the problem was fixed in 5 minutes Hotel is next to Sta Lucia mall and the LRT station Also many jeepney are available to go to many locations Highly recommend for the price We have stayed here in the past and will continue to stay here in the future Thank you Sogo

Rooms are clean and the service is good. Staff are approachable and courteous. Will definitely book again!

I recommend to improve your water system. There was no hot water on my 7 nights stay. The toilet is old , need to refurbish. Improve your room scent , toilet smells stinky.

Very nice hotel..

This sogo needs a lot of work. Staff is confused and the Wifi is horrible. But the worst part is No Hot water !!!.. The staff can not get their act together ! The elevator is broken to the parking garage and they have the wires pulled out trying to get it to work.. Dangerous Situation ! The owner needs to know the problems and fix these issues !

it's old and has no proper customer service experience. but enough for business travellers with a budget
