Overall, it's a decent place, but many of the facilities feel outdated and could use a more modern touch. The swimming pool is quite small and often gets crowded. Rooms are also on the smaller side, and there's a strong food smell lingering in the corridors. The shuttle service is often full, making it hard to find a seat. While there are better options available, this place can still offer decent value for money at times.

The room was very small, it should be for one person only. (I had a reservation before using booking and the room was not as small as this) The rooming service did not clean the room for one day during my stay.

The location is good.. nearby shops. Rooms are very small compared to other similar hotels. Mini bar items are very expensive. They tried to charge us for items that we didn't use. During night, AC was not working properly.

Again a wonderful stay! Very good price-performance standard. Comfortable bed and very nice room (Deluxe room) The poeple makes the different! Thank you very much Mariam & Mais from the reception. Not a bad hotel. We stayed there for 2 nights at the end of our big trip around the UAE. We took half board. The dinners here are really good, but the breakfasts are always crowded and not always comfortable. The rooms are also ok, but you shouldn't expect luxury comfort. We were by car, parking is free. I know that the road from the metro is long and extremely illogical. The staff is friendly. I would not consider this hotel specifically for a holiday.

Not a bad hotel. The furniture is a bit tired. Dust in places and poorly washed carpet. Breakfast is monotonous and standard. A very good plus is the presence of shuttle buses to the beach, malls, shops. This is super and polite staff. They are just super.
