Great stay in the heart of Legian I had a really lovely stay at this hotel in Legian. The location is perfect — close to everything, with shops, cafes, and the beach all just a short walk away. The staff were genuinely friendly and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The two pools were a great bonus and perfect for relaxing. The only downside was that you can hear noise from other guests in the hallways and outside at times, but overall it was still a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I’d happily come back!

You can not hear the noise of the busy street it is located on, not a huge range of food but all yummy, the price for getting a stain on the pillow from wet hair from the pool which made my hair dye run was $100..

What a fantastic experience—everything was simply perfect from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with every detail thoughtfully arranged. Service was impeccable, and the team went above and beyond to make it special. Truly a memorable time that I’d happily recommend to anyone!

Filthy 2⭐️ at absolute best! ❌ Complained to staff, in-efficient service, requested refund said “not possible via hotel directly, contact agent (Trip.com). Management hid in office relying on junior staff to pass on messages. Contacted Trip.com requested refund, agent contacted Hotel for request, management rejected request (hiding in back office).  Waste of time & money people DON’T STAY HERE UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED FOR THE CONSEQUENCES! ❌❌❌❌ Fortunately, I am a Trip.com Diamond Member and the granted a common sense refund 🥳 So it cost me nothing to me an honest poor review exposing this Hotel & their management! ❌ 👉🏼*Note to Management*👈🏼 1️⃣ negative customer experience reaches 10 connections. 1️⃣ positive customer experience reaches 4 connections. *That’s in personal communications, NOT SOCIAL MEDIA. Great location. Busy street. Walking distance to kuta beach

The accommodation is okay for the price. Rooms are a little scruffy but linen is clean. The location is good on busy street with lots of places to shop and eat. The breakfast is terrible. Order eggs that just wouldn’t arrive nearly every morning, the limited choices were always empty dishes every morning. Wouldn’t stay again as the breakfast is worst I’ve ever experienced on all my travels. If you are happy to go somewhere else for brekkie each morning then the location may suit you for the price.
