Overall experience about the hotel facilities was nice. Close to a club and a construction site (hope temporarily) can be a bit noisy at night. Didn't get to check out breakfast in the deal due to own schedule. Highly suggested if you want to do a quick fun and crazy shopping trip nearby. Receptionists aren't always nice and kind when being asked about hotel extensions or while checkin. Overall, could be a better experience..

Overall, I liked the hotel. The main advantage is that the room has good soundproofing. The room is spacious, the bathroom is large, the king size bed is comfortable, the cleaning is average, the floors were dirty, after each cleaning for 3 days they forgot to leave towels:( on the first day the tap fell off the shower - they fixed it. The breakfasts are not the best, there is a small selection, but overall there is something to eat, the pastries are not bad. There is a small children's room and a gym. The rooftop pool is currently being renovated.

I booked to play in the center of Kuta, but I stayed at the hotel because my condition was not good. The next night, I was leaving on a flight, and I didn't have the energy to go out after checking out at 12 o'clock, so I booked again on Trip.com to rest until I went to the airport. It's a place that's affordable. First, I don't know if the tiles on the bathroom floor are the original material, but they were sticky. I laid out a bath towel. And when I brushed my teeth, the water tasted salty, so I brushed my teeth with tap water. After extending my room, I received a new towel, but it had hair and foreign substances on it, so I couldn't use it. There's a club next to the hotel in the evening, and I can hear the club music very well. The reception is on the 2nd floor, and you have to go up the stairs. There's someone to help you, but if not, you have to drag your heavy carrier up the slope next to the stairs by yourself, and the staff wasn't very friendly either. I think the bathtub and shower are separate, and the cost-effectiveness and location are good, but other than that, I didn't feel any good points. First of all, I can't tell the saltiness of the water.

I can only say that this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in Bali. The attitude of the front desk staff was very good. I injured my foot and asked for ice. A bucket of ice came immediately, but the room environment was old and dirty. There are no windows yet, I won't stay here again next time.
