Best Hotels near La Boutique Palacio Cancún, Cancun

I enjoyed this hostel a lot! It had a nice vibe and the people were very accommodating! It was also colorful and I liked the people and the common areas. The hostel was chill but fun at the same time!

The photos on Trip are 10 times better than the hotel itself the shower is cold there was no remote control for the air conditioning and they charge a fee upon arrival for cleaning the room which is not registered on the reservation otherwise overall it remains correct to spend a few nights in the hotel but nothing more.

The Beachscape Kin Ha Villas in Cancun surpassed our expectations. After a small problem with our room the staff found us a new room and upgraded us to a suite, which was wonderful. The views from the sea view rooms are astounding. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Reception very helpful. Staff serving breakfast work hard and are always smiling. They also work in the evenings in the restaurant on the beachfront and bar. The food is very good. We had breakfast included. It was a hot and cold buffet with all sorts of different Mexican and European dishes. Cereal, fruit and pastries. All so nice. The restaurant food was also great. The grounds and gardens were beautiful. The only small detail we would have liked was a full length mirror, but after speaking to reception at the end of our stay they informed us that they are in 98% of the rooms. We should have asked at the beginning! We came to relax for four nights and were definitely able to do that. There is no thumping music playing like some of the other resorts close by. The beach is clean and the water is so clear. Beachscape has a little shop which sells nice beach clothes, swimwear and toys for children. It also has beer, juice, milk, etc… There is a 7/11 around the corner. There is also a supermarket (huge) about ten minutes walk away. This has everything you could possibly need and more! DO NOT be drawn in by the people at the top of the escalators in the supermarket on your way out!! They will ask to see your receipt and tell you that you can get a huge reduction in price on a catamaran trip and breakfast in a beautiful hotel around the corner for 90 minutes of your time. They will take you to another hotel miles away and try to make you buy time share and stay there for hours! The extremely friendly man who talked us into going was not at all friendly once we said we didn’t want time share and was very unhappy when we insisted he call us a taxi to take us back!

Overall this is a decent resort with a good amount of entertainment for a younger crowd. There are lots of options for dining but if you spend your time in the buffet, the options will get a bit repetitive and are lesser in quality. There are different shows and parties each day with a new theme to keep things fresh. The staff are nice but do expect to wait in a line for drinks at most any of the bars. The rooms were clean but are beginning to show a bit of their age. Check in was smooth and checkout was even easier. They do offer Covid testing if that is something that you will need but be sure to book when you arrive as time slots can fill up quickly. Overall, the strong points of this hotel are the massive and beautiful pool, a long and well maintained beach, many options for dining, and a fun and active a**osphere.

I have stayed in many Selina hostels but this is not one to rave about. The hotel is very basic and dated. It had what it needed but nothing above and beyond. Pool was dirty with a layer of sun cream on the surface & plant debris. Duvet in bedroom had no cover and the bed had been made with the sheet over the duvet so we had to pull it apart to put the sheet under the cover for hygiene reasons. On the plus side there is a lovely view of the lake, lots of cool iguanas around the pool & it’s walking distance to the main ***** without being too noisy.

The service is very good, the room is clean, but in Latin America, you need to get toothbrush and toothpaste by yourself and the front desk. Great value for money. Restaurant prices are a little high, but delicious. The taste is good, and the cost of a dinner for two is about 300 US dollars

I booked 3 days and paid all the money online, but the hotel also said that I did not receive the money for 3 days. I was asked to pay the room fee in cash every day. I contacted the customer service. I said that I would contact the hotel every day. Going to the front desk, the hotel insisted that it did not receive the money and could not be refunded. This hotel and trip.

Let's say this was intresting. Like bathtube next to bed and such. But everything working after you are used to odd solutions.

We spent 10 magnificent days at the Grand Oasis’s Resort at the Pyramid Cancun at the beginning of June with friends, our trip was truly wonderful. We had a fabulous room with an amazing view, very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful we could not fault the hotel in anyway. The minibar was replenished daily by Rodmso Rodrigues Diaz who was always smiling and very friendly. The waiters/waitresses serving us daily were so friendly and helpful and again always with a smile. Judith Betel, Daniela Portilla and Janet Anzures were also very helpful and polite always willing to assist in anyway they could. It was really nice to see managers walking around the site very smartly dressed and always willing to help or assist in anyway and in particular we would like to thank Robin who was very professional and well spoken he made our stay at the Grand Oasis truly exceptional. We loved this hotel so much and had such a positive experience here! after arriving at a different hotel we'd pre-booked and finding it to be awful, we looked online for an alternative and got a really good deal here. We got a deluxe king suite for 2 people all inclusive for the week with about 60-70% off the normal price! So we were really impressed with the value. When we arrived, the check-in process was pretty slow. The hotel is massive and yet the reception is fairly small so every time we went passed, there was a big queue of people waiting. Although it was slow, the staff were all friendly, helpful and informative and told us all about the restaurants, pools and all inclusive offering before giving us our room key. We were so impressed with the room! It was super spacious, modern and comfortable. The bed was huge and there was still loads of space. I also loved the bath with the glass divider to the bedroom, and the bathroom was lovely and clean too with bottled water provided each day. We spent about 50% of our time in Cancun out and about, and the other 50% relaxing at the hotel. We were really happy with the time we spent in the hotel; it had about 5 pools, which were lovely and we especially liked the adults only one with the swim up bar. The staff round the pool were really attentive and always very quick to offer drinks and food. The food itself was really great. The hotel had 6 or 7 restaurants of varying spec; some fancier and some more casual daytime dining. We ate in almost all of them and enjoyed the vast variety on offer. Even the more casual offerings (like in the sports bar and round the pool) were really high quality and we really enjoyed all of our meals. The all inclusive offering was really substantial too, with basically everything included. The only thing we didn't have included was the meal we had at the sports bar, but we could've dined in one of the other restaurants if we'd wanted to avoid paying anything extra. The hotel was ideally located for exploring Cancun and doing excursions etc, and we were super happy we'd chosen to stay here. I'd recommend it to anyone and would definitely stay again.
