GGuest UserThe room was great. The whole experience makes us felt like home, and we could definitely want to stay there for a long time if we can. The best place for families for sure. The amenities were great, and the one bedroom even have two toilets. Because I booked through trip.com, somehow the hotel has issues with my payment/authorisation. But, they have definitely communicated with me very promptly prior to the visit and everything went well. Highly recommend!!!

GGuest UserMy husband and I came to The Malcom Hotel to attend his cousin's wedding. The hotel is beautifully made. The hotel staff are always welcoming with a smile. The concierge desk was awesome in their recommendations of what to do on a raining day and what tour we must do while in Canmore. It is also walking distance from the City Center of Canmore. It was a great one week stay!

Spacious, clean, and comfy! Surprisingly quiet despite it was built on top of the pub.
Front desk is NOT 24h available so make sure everything you needs are set before they close front desk.
I walk from downtown to get there, 25mins walking. It was nice day so I didn’t mind but recommend to drive there.

Ddoc_fyggreat place as your basecamp to explore banff national park and calgary, the room is large with kitchen and washer, highly recommended. it is pricy but so are the rest of other hotels/lodge in the area and a bit cheaper compared to hotels in banff. Clean and well maintained 👍

GGuest UserWe stayed here 2nights while waiting for the winter tires to get installed.. that is saying that we did not have a car for two days but the location of this lodge was great so that we were comfortably able to stay :) Everything was walking distance and lots of great food options around us! The TV was huge and we enjoy google Chromecast (brought ours) all day long! The hot tub was right beside our room so We just quickly run into the tub but there is no changing room so it would be inconvenient to someone if their room is far from the tub.
Only complain I would have is that there was no microwave for the room of selection we had.

GGuest UserThe environment is very good, and the hotel is very quiet, because I didn't pay attention to the window when I arrived at night, I got up in the morning and found that there is a very beautiful snow mountain. The location is near the high speed, which is very convenient. We arrived at twelve in the middle of the night, and we did n’t know about them until Check in was only 11 p.m. If there were friends who arrived as late as us, please call in advance.

GGuest UserWe booked this mostly as it included breakfast, the picture shows a continental breakfast area in the kitchen, however, you have to go to reception to get a basket and have no choice in what you get. I have allergies so couldn’t eat most of it so gave it to my partner. The rest of the hotel is great just let down slightly by breakfast

何何I like it very much. Although the itinerary is very full, the arrival time is very late. I just stayed overnight as a transit, but I feel very much. I feel that the scenery outside the hotel is very beautiful. I even think that the two nights stayed in the Banff scenic area are better than Not on this home.

青青红萝卜Nice hotel with full facilities. The washing and drying machine is very easy to use. The shower room is very useful. If you go on a cold day, you can also use the sauna. The kitchen is also very nice and comfortable to live in. There is also a fireplace. The door is made of glass. I think it is an electric stove. The carbon inside is a fake decoration. But the carbon is real and it is really burning. There is a gas stove under the carbon. On the wall, the same switch as the interior light. Feeling better.

CConnor RoughleyPerfect location as slap bang in the middle of the main street and has everything available around it to you, close to bus stops,shops,restaurants and trails.
A self service hostal so can't comment on service as you serve yourself.
Kitchen available but can be cramps due to other people in the hostel using it and limited cooking room if someone else is using it.
