"I felt it was odd that they didn't provide free parking with their rooms at such a remote location. There is a pool next door available for about $45 however it closes at 7pm on Friday and Saturday. It appears on the website it is included but there is a link showing the costs. There is no shopping yet in the location. The pro shop did not have any medium or large ladies shirts available and I couldn't see any golf balls with Bear Mountain Logo. The room and view were amazing. Staff was wonderful. They played soft music in the restaurant in the evening. We enjoyed the hot tub outside in the garden. Go there to golf; bike or quiet time."

"This hotel is great! The room has everything you need, including a small kitchen with all the essentials. They also have a pool, gym, and laundry facilities. Parking is easy, and there are restaurants nearby. My only complaint would be about breakfast, where some rude guests hoard all the food, even if they don't eat it or take it with them, leaving nothing for those who come after. But that's not the hotel's fault."

"Since I went there during the hot season of summer, I didn’t notice that the website didn’t state that the hotel does not have in-room cooling air conditioning. There was a small fan in room 204, and the window could not be turned on for ventilation. I stayed for two nights. When I picked up the room, the hotel staff told me that the hotel had no vacancies and no room could be changed. Even contacting trip.com customer service could not solve the problem of changing hotels. I couldn't have a good rest on the first night. The lady on duty at night was empathetic and told me that the hotel was not fully booked. The hotel staff did not change the room until the next day when the hotel staff notified the manager. There was no western sun and ventilation. The hotel staff highly recommended 👍🏼 which made my trip to Victoria perfect. In summer, hotels without air conditioning are not recommended, and it is also recommended that websites state that there is no air conditioning."

"The location is very close to Inner Harbour so it is very convenient. There is a direct bus from ferry terminal to the hotel nearby. Just walk less than 5 minutes will reach the hotel. Bus number 75 and cost CA 2.5 per head. It takes about an hour."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The spa treatments were relaxing and wonderful. The front desk reception was friendly and welcoming. In short, all was great except, in spite of having a dinner reservation, the hostess completely ignored the 3 of us waiting to be seated. We stood there 15 minutes after announcing our reservation and although the restaurant was virtually empty, the hostess spent the 15 minutes on her computer without seating us. We were disappointed as it was to be a birthday celebration dinner for my sister, but certainly didn’t feel welcome."
