"The front desk staff was very enthusiastic, but on the last day, the hotel helped the car to go to the airport, the taxi driver did not play the watch, and finally went to the destination to charge the fee. Oh... it’s better to call it, I hope everyone pays attention."

PpinepineThe room was very clean. The noise from the bar on the first floor was a little noticeable, but it didn't bother me too much. The location is also great, highly recommended.

VVelasco-BuurmanThis hotel was perfect for my husband and I. Everywhere was walkable, to the park, Fisherman’s Wharf, to the Parliament and downtown. We enjoyed the quietness of the neighbourhood and the victorian houses. We will definitely consider staying here again!
GGuest UserI had a fantastic stay at this hotel! One of the highlights was the free bike rental, which made exploring the area so much fun and convenient. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise; the homemade croissants and pastries were absolutely delicious and added a delightful touch to our mornings. The billiard room was a great way for our family to relax and enjoy some quality time together. We also found the coin laundry service incredibly handy, especially during our extended stay. Overall, a wonderful experience that made us feel right at home!
CCDTThere’s free parking, swimming pool and a drive through kfc within walking distance. There’s also a shopping mall just across the street. Free parking on site as well. Room was decent with hot water and mini fridge and kettle with coffee and tea from reception.
CCarmenMeThis hotel is a bit dated, but the service is excellent. The front desk has a list of nearby international restaurants. I asked the Korean receptionist, and she recommended a Korean restaurant that was delicious. 😋…it was very helpful. 👍 The rooms don't have air conditioning; they only have fans. Also, some of the dishes in the kitchen weren't cleaned properly and felt sticky.
JJoannaThe hotel room and hotel was great - overall a good one night stay. Front desk and staff seemed like they hated being there and the least enthusiastic staff I’ve encountered over my stay in Vancouver island.
BBeimeitanxianjiaThe room is OK, but it is relatively simple, there is no hot water bottle, there is the simplest coffee machine, it is surprising that even bottled water is not provided. The Indian brother at the front desk was very slow to check in. After asking for various messages to enter the computer, he finally gave me a form to let me fill in the information just now. This check-in efficiency was indeed the first time I met in Canada. It is the off-season, there are a lot of vacancies, and I arranged a room close to the elevator. I said if I could change it. He said that he would add money to upgrade, and he was completely speechless. In short, the feeling is very general, not recommended.
AAnonymous UserThe room was in a great location. The front desk and restaurant service were friendly and attentive. While the breakfast selection wasn't very varied, it was well managed and the food was not chaotic even with a large crowd. The hotel is right by the sea, making it very convenient for walking and dining.
