The front desk had a young lady and a young man who both spoke fluent Chinese, so check-in communication was a breeze. The hotel offers free underground parking with plenty of spaces, but there's a height limit of 2 meters. If your vehicle is too tall, you can park it across the resort at the golf course.

Had a great stay, staff were friendly. Loved the facilities, pools were great. The room was comfortable. There were some issues with the $10 green credit when not getting our room made up (staff didn’t know how it worked when asked and our room didn’t get made up the day we wanted the service), but otherwise it was good. Location requires a car to get around as no public transport around.

Fabulous family trip will come back again...went up to Gold Coast for the Viral Food Festival where hubby was the DJ.

The resort is old and there are no elevators in any of the buildings. I checked in and was told my room was on the 3rd floor of one of their resort buildings, then they told me that "just have to go up the stairs". NO WHERE on the resort site or on my booking does it mention stairs. I told the reception that I couldn't walk up stairs due to a back injury. I got the reply that I should have booked a privileged room, like I was the one at fault. The guy at reception made it seem like I was an inconvenience and that it was a big effort for him to move me into a ground floor. I booked a king room, and was moved into a ground floor king room, an upgrade the reception said. While they have tried to do up the rooms, it is still average and dated. I found the breakfast staff to be pleasant and accommodating, and the food was good for a continental breakfast.

Beds were great. A lift would be a good option for those who struggle with the multiple stairs (a large one to get out of the carpark and then more flights of stairs to get access to the rooms. The spa was also great Location close to Carrara Markets was also great

Very nice experience. Facilities were well kept and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was a bit dated and could use some minor maintenance but it was still clean and functional. Breakfast offered several options at the buffet. Overall a very pleasant experience.

The hotel was in aperfect location, the service is superb and I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends if they visit Gold Coast.

The hotel is nice but the location is a bit out, if you don't have a car that will not be convenient because the public transport bus is around 800ms away walk. The buffet breakfast is good value if the room package is included it

We enjoyed our stay there. The restaurant could improve its menu variety.

This resort is located in a quiet and green golf area so it’s very comfortable. It takes about 15 to 20 mins to anywhere by driving in the Gold Coast area. The resort has literally everything you need (pool, golf course, tennis court and free breakfast for us). It’s not new premise though and needs some renovations soon. But things are kept generally clean and tidy. At the price I paid, it’s great value for money. My kids love this place. Will come again.

It’s a family oriented holiday resort, staffs are friendly and breakfast is not too bad with plenty of options.
