Service was good but the maintenance of the room have got to be improved. There were stains on the windows of the shower area. Toilet bowl constantly has a flowing water sound throughout the night. I would prefer if theres a mini fridge for us to chill drinks/food, especially in the hot season! Breakfast was alright, I appreciate the live egg station as well as the pho. Bread was stale though. Other than those issues, bellboy service was really good and genuine. Exclusive beach was a plus with great views and accessories like hammock, swing etc. For the price, definitely worth an experience!

Well, I have to say that is the best resort where I stayed in Phu Quoc. The price is reasonable for a resort 5 start if you compare with others. The beach always cleaned and the pool bar so cool.

The resort is quite peaceful due to many trees and beautiful architecture. The private beach is clear and blue. This season the sunset is really beautiful when walking at the resort, you can capture this moment. Besides, the staff is also enthusiastic when I need them

The resort's design and architecture blended harmoniously with the natural surroundings. Our villa was elegant and well-appointed, and the private plunge pool was a delightful treat. Dining at the on-site restaurant was a culinary delight. Highly recommended!

I think The Shells is quite good, I have a bus to pick up at the airport, there is a staff member to guide me to the bus. When I arrived, I booked a sea view room so the view was extremely beautiful, the room is spacious, come in the afternoon with a beautiful sunset

The Shells Resort & Spa exceeded all expectations. The beachfront location was breathtaking, and the private pool villa was luxurious. The warm and attentive staff made us feel like royalty throughout our stay. The spa trea**ents were heavenly, and the dining options were divine.

We stayed at this resort in room 430, the room was amazing and spacious. Breakfast was amazing with lots of western and Asian choices. We dines at the restaurant one night and the food was great. Service was exceptional. They have a beautiful pool. The beach in front of the hotel is well maintained.

I’m having a great time here. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. They consistently go above and beyond. Nice restaurants and pool. Room is very spacious and clean. If you’re looking for a relaxing and quite vacation, this is the right place for you!

Good pool for children. We enjoyed there. Location is little bit far to take bus and taxi. But if you want to call taxi, they can help for you

We spent 3 nights ocean front room. Rooms was huge deck is massive the view is perfect the bed was amazing and sheets super comfy the tub fits 2 people. Love the space of the grounds the pool is gorgeous and the drinks at the bar were done great. The beach is clean and beautiful and the staff that manage the sunbeds where always paying attention when ever u needed anything they came running over to help. The breakfast had a large selection of tasty items good selection. Dinner in the restaurant was simple but was very well presentable and good value for the money. Location is a little out of town but in my option perfect distance from the main Center. We really enjoyed our time at this hotel we will book again the free shuttle to the airport was a nice touch. Great value for this hotel beautiful hotel and stay.
