This is an amazing hotel in Barrio crespo. Close to beaches and with awesome views. Pool on roof. Attentive staff and the fish ceviche was off the chain Very new and very clean. Highly recommended. Stay here, not Boca Grande

The hotel one of the better hotels in bocagrande. The restaurant and rooftop is very nice. Very welcoming lobby. Service is quite good as well. One thing to note is you cannot bring back guess unless you have physical identification doesn't matter if they are family or friends. Staff is mostly respectful and pleasant. The laundry service was great also. Booked a junior rather nice room with great view. Special thank you to Wallis she was amazing helped me even on her day off

The hotel is strategically located along the coastline, 15 minutes' walk away from the old town of the World Heritage Site. Booked a sea view room and gave it to a high floor when I checked in. The view is invincible. The hotel has three swimming pools. It is very pleasant to have a glass of wine while enjoying the scenery at sunset. The hotel has a rich breakfast, and there are many guests eating after 10 o'clock. Those who like to sleep in do not have to worry about missing breakfast time. The bathroom is very large, and the shower series are from Colombia's local organic brand, with a pleasant fragrance. Ctrip's price is very favorable, much cheaper than booking. I stayed for three nights and it was very pleasant! highly recommended!

Me gustó la atención que se dio durante mi estancia en el hotel, el personal muy amable y profesionales. Me gustó las comidas que brindaron en el restaurante; sin embargo, resalto que los jugos en ocasiones estaban con demasiada azúcar o las sopas con demasiada sal, pero de resto super bien.

Excellent service. staff working there is very friendly and service. food is very good, the menu is varied and healthy. The hotel is very well located, allowing you to visit and know different sites nearby, including the beach.

If I could give you more than 5 stars, I would. To be honest, a generally excellent hotel. Impeccable service, delicious food, clean and tidy facilities, comfortable rooms and in a very nice area. The only possible improvement is WiFi coverage, but that's the smallest detail.

I was upgraded to this property from the OZ luxury hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by this action and enjoyed the larger room. I’m not sure what there is to complain about for this hotel. The staff were so friendly and attentive. The check-in process was easy and when we asked for recommendations for restaurants they were happy to help. Breakfast each morning was different Columbian cuisine which I enjoy when traveling. It was fresh with a good variety of choices. If the local cuisine is not your liking they make eggs to order which is a nice added touch. I loved being in the Bocagrande area it isn’t as busy as the walled city it is more of a beach town vibe. Uber to the other attractions ranged from $3-6. I can say I fell in love with this property and Cartagena and look forward to coming back soon.

A great congrats to the Interconti in Cartagena ! My whole 22 people family spent 10 days in the hotel ! Everyone was amazing (specially the bar, restaurant and Pool ) they were lovely ! The chef came few times to ask my mum (who is unable to eat many things due to her health ) and discussed with her her food and always came out with something amazing ! Erika in the restaurant was friendly and always had suggestions on the menu ! Beside Ricardo ! The reception team needs to build some genuine smile, some of them treat guest like they are doing them a favour ! My room was massive and always impecable ! Location amazing ! Taxis, right at the door and shopping centre in the same buiding ! We r definitely coming back ! Thank you for such great holidays

A wonderful hotel in the heart of Cartagena with a courtyard inside that looks like a botanical garden. When I booked the hotel, I was a little worried after reading some not entirely positive reviews, but I do not regret staying here for three nights, especially since other hotels have more negative reviews. And  here is my conclusion. Great hotel with air conditioner in the room, swimming pool and rooftop which i really like. The staff is very friendly, some of them speak english, especially Juan David. This young guy speaks good english, he is very helpful and erudite. The other guys also left good impressions: Antony, Gustavo, Nilsa, Oscar The breakfast here is great, you feel like you are in a cafe, they will prepare food for you to order. The dining room is located on the fifth floor with a view of the city.  I read that some guests had complaints about the noise from the street. Guys, if you want to live in a quiet place, then you need to book a hotel on the outskirts of the city, but here in the very center and on the busiest street, do not expect that there will be silence. My room was inside  with a window to the courtyard, and there was no noise from the street. I give them five stars, and I really hope that the management will encourage their employees who try their best.
