Absolutely thrilled to have booked this place. Muslim friendly, loads of halal places, everyone’s friendly what’s not to love. Smack in the middle of town and all the convenient shops and food places. I will absolutely stay here again with family. Must visit wales again. Loved every second of it

This is the perfect spot in Swansea. The staff are lovely, the rooms are quiet and clean, and it’s walking distance to the coach station. It’s on a street with lots of bars and restaurants and there are 4 supermarkets in walking distance. Highly Recommend.

The only 2 lifts were not in service at the same time. Luckily the staffs there were pretty helpful. However, they accidentally charged me an extra cost though the amount of money was returned eventually but I hope that similar things won’t happen to other customers in the future Rooms were spacious!👍🏻

The hotel rooms are large and have all the necessary facilities. The staff are friendly. The elevators are frequently repaired during your stay, so you have to take the stairs. 離火車站大約步行十幾分鍾，酒店旁邊有條商業街，對面可走到港灣，離博物館也不遠，總的還是挺方便的，乾淨衞生。

Visiting for the theatre. Great location with NCP car park next door. Great reception and check in from lovely staff. Room as expected. Very clean. Bathroom with excellent shower. Good beds but had to open window to cool room which meant we were disturbed by nighttime street noise. Standard WiFi is slow but did not upgrade to their premium package. Overall great experience so would recommend.
