We had booked a room with two queen beds, but upon arrival, we were given a room with two single beds. After clarifying our booking, they moved us to two separate rooms on different floors, even though we had specifically requested adjacent rooms in advance. Additionally, the cable was disconnected in our room, and while we requested maintenance, upon returning, we discovered the remote control was missing. When we checked out, the hotel staff is looking for the remote control which seems that we were responsible for the missing remote, despite us reporting it to them immediately after noticing its absence.

Got early checked in, the staff were all nice, the bfast was okay, I love the room. I spent 2 nights and I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel.🥰

The concierge Brown and the doorman were very helpful and friendly. The location is good, being situated closeby to two 7-elevens, a Jollibee, and bars/nightclubs. The bedroom was clean. The breakfast was good. Overall good value for money and would highly recommend.

Decent but could be better. Our room was super small, with no window and the ac was right next to the bed, making it impossible to use it while laying in the bed because basically it was in your face. It was also super noisy. Regarding the noise, there’s echo on the hallway and the walls are thin so you hear everything even louder than it is. Breakfast basic and eggs super oily. Friendly staff though.

If you want a hotel near mango avenue and any other party district, this is the hotel for you. It is also accessible to transportation to ayala and IT park if you walk a bit. My main problem is that the sheets have stains. A bit of blood mark on the bottom part. During night you can hear people shouting and laughing outside the corridors. The breakfast is good though. If it’s me, im not coming back to this hotel since i can book a better hotel on the same vicinity and pay less.

This is my second time to stay here. First stay was a not so happy one. This second stay is better. Price and location is ok. Cleanliness improved. Service improved also. I'll stay here again next time.

It is located right in the middle of major shopping malls. It is very convenient to go everywhere. The lady at the counter is very kind and the security guard at the door is very enthusiastic and responsible! Great! The price is reasonable! Breakfast is also good, and the CP value is quite high 👍
