Had a delightful stay at Hi Hotel Senen. For such an affordable price, you get a strategic location, a cozy room with a great view, and a bathroom with a perfectly working hot shower.

Booked for 2 nights, and this wasnt my first stay at this hotel. The room is nice, veery clean and all the furnitutes are in the fresh-good condition. The drawbacks are the access to the parking lot which blocked with the crowd (market, UMKMs) near there. Overall, its good

Good choice for Central Jakarta. It's affordable yet worth it. Close to government ministries and Plaza Atrium. Great for those on a low to mid-range budget.

I booked this hotel several months ago, before the Gulf War. There were no options for changes or refunds. Once the war started, our airline canceled flights, so we couldn't travel. For this reason, I requested a refund from both the hotel and Trip.com. I was unsuccessful. Neither of them agreed to refund my money despite the war. It's clear their intention was to make a very profitable profit off me and many other travelers in the same situation. I will never return to that hotel or book through Trip.com again. If we continue to do business during a war, we're in trouble.

The hotel is clean. Bathroom clean. Bed,pillows, blanket good. Air-conditioning is cold means the filter is not dirty. Actually, the location is good - pasar senen which is open till dawn with many foods. But the access from the hotel is very dark and I don't want to take any risk to visit the pasar senen due to that. Perhaps can do something on tbis.

Facilities are good. Service is also good. Clean and comfortable.

Kalo mau belanja Thrift 2nd hand baju baju sangat cocok. Karna banyak pedagang, entrance hotel kesan nya jadi Kumuh.
