The hotel is in a good location, close to the highway, the room is clean, the 1.5m double bed is very comfortable. The air conditioner is silent. The breakfast is good, with eggs and bacon. Overall satisfied.

The room is clean and hygienic, and it is relatively large. Generally speaking, the environment is quite quiet, and there is no noise at night. The only thing that is not perfect is the breakfast. The number of samples is relatively small. Fortunately, there are ham sausages, eggs, bread, milk, and you can make your own waffles.

The room facilities are complete and the sanitation is in good condition

Stayed here multiple times and each time I enjoy my stay! The staff is incredibly friendly and check in is a breeze. The rooms are comfortable and clean and amenities in the room are fantastic. Fairly quiet during the night whereas other places I’ve been where it tends to be loud at night. Breakfast in the morning was phenomenal and offered lots of choices. Pool is great but room where pool was located was extremely cold this time. Will stay here again!

Room was nice with one exception….. VERY VERY DIM LIGHTING even with all lights on the highest setting. Room needed additional lamps or overhead light! ALSO…hallway carpeting was filthy! The hallways also had inadequate lighting! Was happy to find that the flooring in the room was not carpeted! Breakfast was good. Checkin was seamless. Did not use the pool. Just needed overnight while traveling.

I love staying at the Best Western Plus because it’s a nice hotel, and it’s conveniently located by shopping and dining. The beds are really comfortable too.

We don't stay at hotels very often (rarely) so I really don't have anything to compare but we were impressed with the breakfast. It was a nice stay overall. Did not use the pool or gym (they looked bigger in the pictures).

The room and the hotel were clean, but there were areas of the hotel, particularly the carpeting and bath vanity, that were quite worn and in need of repair or replacement. The breakfast was very basic. The bed and pillows were only adequate. All in all, I would rate the hotel a 6 out of 10. There is room for improvement.

Fantastic breakfast spread, clean rooms, quiet for good sleep, safe well lit parking.

Check in was easy and quick. Staff was very friendly! Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and hotel was very quiet. Hotel is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, as well as easy access off the interstate.
