The room is neat and clean. The overall feeling is great. It is smart and comfortable. The disposable slippers are also very comfortable. The towels are very white and clean. This is great. The service attitude at the front desk is also very good! Moreover, the place where I live is not close to the main road and it is not noisy. The most important thing is that there is a night market and subway downstairs and there are two must-eat Internet famous Hunan dishes! When I'm tired, there's a movie theater opposite. Super worth it! ! ! ! ! !

Highly recommend this hotel! The whole experience from check-in to check-out was superb, the front desk service was efficient and welcoming, and they took the initiative to help store their luggage. The room is spacious, the facilities are very new, and even the toiletries in the bathroom are exquisite and easy to use. The most pleasant surprise is the bedding, the hardness is just right, and you can sleep well every night. There is a subway station not far from the hotel a few hundred meters away. It is super convenient to go to the attractions or business districts. I will definitely choose here next time!

The location is pretty good, about 900 meters from the Hunan Provincial Museum. There's a bus stop and shared bikes right outside! Facilities: 1. The mini bar didn't have drinks like cola like other Mehao hotels, only two bottles of mineral water. The small refrigerator was a bit hidden and unmarked, perhaps different standards apply. 2. The laundry room has a washer and dryer! However, the laundry detergent drawer needs to be cleaned thoroughly; it's a bit grimy when opened. 3. Plenty of hot water! The water pressure was also excellent! The only downside was that the toiletries in the bathroom weren't restocked regularly, and the room didn't come with disposable razors. Cleanliness: My experience did have a few minor hiccups, but overall, the cleanliness was fine. There are still some small details that could be improved. Environment: Many hotels in Changsha are multiple hotels within a high-rise building, and I'm not a fan of that type of hotel. So, I chose Mehao, which has a separate reception, restaurant, gym, and laundry room, which is fantastic! The room was high up, offering a fantastic and expansive view. Because of its high floor, noise disturbances were relatively minimal, and the hotel's soundproofing was also quite good! Service: The staff was very welcoming and responsive!
