Hotel is steps away from Changsha railway station, ideal for travellers commuting to and fro from the main railway station. Booked hotel transport from airport, which was convenient and the staff helped us with our luggage and showed us the way into the hotel lobby. Staff also suggested that we changed our railway tickets to avoid the rush the next morning and I'm glad we did cos the ticketing booths were adjacent to the entrance of the train station. We were given breakfast vouchers though we did not get to use them cos our train was at 7am the next day (breakfast officially starts at 7am but staff told us that it is usually ready by 6.40am). Room was clean and compact, good for an overnight rest. As it is so near the train station, we could hear the trains too. Our room could even see part of the waiting area within the train station.

Great location next to the Changsha Railway station. No direct car access but metro station entrance at doorstep. Very helpful staff especially service staff #6, assisted us room 6827. Afternoon tea with good variety of teas and finger snacks. Breakfast with room . Many amenities: reading room, laundry, massage chairs, nail parlour, convenience store.

The location was very convenient for both metro and mainline high speed rail. The staff went to a lot of trouble to help me sort out problems on my Chinese phone apps. I do have one suggestion for improvement : sort out the drainage problem in the shower cubicle so that the bathroom doesn't get unnecessarily wet. The breakfast room was very tastefully decorated.

1. Easy to locate the hotel as it is just beside Changsha train station.
2. Counter staff were friendly.
3) Interior is old and not well maintain.
4) Room is spacious and simple, no floor mat provided for the toilet and resulted wet toilet floor after shower.
5) Breakfast is ok.

Great place to stay if you have an early trip at Changsha Railway Station. Hotel was easy to check in, no smoke/cigarette smell. The room was clean, beds were comfy, AC and heater were working during winter (some hotels disable the cooling part of AC, and your room can get too hot and stuffy without it). They provided drinking water, toiletries, some tea and an electric kettle. They also had a gym and free self-service laundry and dryers (instructions and buttons were in Chinese)
Although taxis/DiDi can't drop you off directly at the entrance as the hotel is located at the side of the train station and cars are not allowed there. If it's raining, ask them to drop you off a little further near another train station entrance and just walk straight through the rows of stores to reach the hotel.

Was an extremely nice room. Great location too. Only negative issue is it's noisy because of the constant announcements from the station so it is hard to sleep

Nice hotel. Room clean. Service was very good. The location is fantastic next to the train station. Only that too near the station that taxi had to stop at the main road. The air cond can tune to warm but I still felt a bit cold. Overall excellent.
