There is a charging pile downstairs in the hotel, and the car is charging fast. Our room is on the 20th floor and very quiet. Very satisfied with a stay experience.

酒店服務真的太暖啦！辦理入住那會，我拖着行李剛走到前台，前台小姐姐立馬起身，臉上掛着超親切的笑，快速辦好手續後，雙手遞上温熱的毛巾，讓我擦擦旅途的疲憊，還特意拿出手繪地圖，給我圈出周邊超有意思的小店、能看城市夜景的公園，連怎麼坐車過去都講得明明白白 。 住了幾天，每次遇到打掃阿姨，她都像認識很久的家人，笑着嘮兩句“今天出去逛啦”“吃得習慣不” ，讓在外的我暖乎乎的。退房時急急忙忙趕去車站，到了才發現耳機落房間。正懊惱呢，手機突然響了，是酒店電話！小姐姐温柔説已經找到耳機，馬上順豐寄回，讓我別著急。這種從入住到離開，事事都這麼上心的熱情，必須誇爆，下次來還選這兒！

My recent two-night stay at The Jewel Hidden Valley was nothing short of wonderful. Nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this serene and culturally rich retreat provided the perfect escape. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality of the staff made us feel right at home. A special mention goes to ”Julie” and ”Zhang Kai Yi” (if I remember correctly), who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Despite the rain, they selflessly helped us with our luggage all the way to our villa—a gesture that truly touched us. Zhang even took the time to personally walk us to the Tong Guan Kiln, which was about 8 minutes away, sharing interesting insights along the way. Their kindness and attentiveness were truly impressive. The hotel’s design and layout are stunning, blending seamlessly with the natural surroundings while maintaining a luxurious feel. Our villa was spacious, well-appointed, and immaculately clean, with high-quality amenities and toiletries that added to the comfort. Breakfast was another highlight—the spread was extensive, offering a variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes. Every dish was fresh and flavorful, making it a great start to our days. Overall, The Jewel Hidden Valley exceeded my expectations in every way. The peaceful ambiance, outstanding service, and attention to detail make it a hidden gem worth revisiting. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a quiet, culturally immersive getaway!

The front desk lady smiled kindly, and handed in welcome drinks at the same time as the quick check-in, as well as snacks and snacks. I learned that I needed to catch the early flight. Also intimately reminds that breakfast can be packed away.             The room experience is a perfect score! The design of the room is simple but not out of style, and the bedding is soft to the cloud (especially like the choice of buckwheat pillow). The shower has hot water for 3 seconds and the water temperature is stable. Toiletries are well-known brands, and the details show the quality.          The details of catering and service that have to be mentioned:  The richness of breakfast exceeded expectations: freshly cooked noodles, noodles, and other rich types made me not tired even for three days.
