I was very satisfied with the facilities and services. The room was clean and well-equipped. It's close to 51 Plaza, which makes getting around very convenient, with direct subway access. The service was excellent; the front desk staff were very attentive in handling issues. It's easy to get to 51 Plaza for shopping and Orange Isle. The hotel has strong overall performance, and I'll definitely stay here again. The cleanliness standards are top-notch, making it perfect for both business and leisure trips. Very satisfied.

The room generally looked okay, and the price was reasonable, but the details were really disappointing. First, the toilet seat was loose, then there was dust on the nightstand, and the toilet had a faint odor. Additionally, the quality of the toothbrush was really poor; it felt like I hadn't brushed my teeth at all. The faucet in the sink seems to have been replaced later and doesn't quite fit the basin, so when you turn on the water, it sprays quite far, easily getting your clothes wet. The room type I booked was on the side facing the road, so it was a bit noisy. The most unacceptable issues, though, were the loose toilet seat and the odor. It was a very poor experience, and I won't be booking with this hotel brand again.

In the room, when sitting on the bed, you can smell a drain-like odor, likely coming from the shower. The hotel's location is a bit far from most attractions by taxi, usually a 20-minute ride or more. However, it's right next to a subway station, so if you're not traveling with family and kids, taking the subway is a convenient option.

The high-floor, floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic lake views truly exceeded expectations; both day and night scenes are stunning and perfect for photos. The location is superb, just a 5-minute walk to the subway station, making travel convenient. The room is spacious and gets plenty of natural light, ensuring a comfortable stay. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the service was warm and attentive. The breakfast selection was adequate, and the local rice noodles were authentic. The facilities are comprehensive, including free parking, self-service laundry with a washer-dryer, and a lake-view gym. For the same price point, the lake view and overall experience are far superior. It's definitely worth staying here. I've saved it and will consider it for longer stays in the future!

While the breakfast selection isn't vast, everything they offer is delicious! They even provided a late-night snack. I'll definitely be back to stay here again!

The whole building and the surrounding area are too convenient. There is a gym in the building, billiards, and there are many places to eat nearby. The breakfast dinner is very rich. The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the sound insulation effect is good. Going out to work, short-distance temporary stay here is very cost-effective, downstairs can solve all living needs, the format is rich and special worry-free, the stay experience is far more than other hotels at the same price, will choose here next time.
