Changsha Tianxin District Hotels

This is a modern luxury hotel located in the city centre of Changsha. It is about 5 minutes walk from Exit 2 of Xinjiang Middle Road Station metro (just cross the road and turn right). It is 1 station away from Orange Island and also the main shopping street in Changsha. Check in was fast and the reception can speak a little english too. Forgot her name. She was very friendly. The room at this hotel is luxury and without any smoking smell too. What a relief. Buffet Breakfast is luxury and good. They even have ice cream for breakfast. Overall, this is a great hotel to stay in Changsha. Highly recommended.

This hotel is very amazing. The location is the best, just only 1 min from Wuyi sqaure exit 1 by walk. The room was clean and comfy. The staffs were very helpful. So we recommended to others. And I will come back again next time. I love here!

Kudos to hotel staff being friendly, helpful and keeping the room clean. Food is tasty and alway service with great smile. Despite of the hotel is near to metro station and in quiet neighbours, I am personally little skeptical about the security where co-sharing lift that easily accessible between few office floor and hotel room, without require proper scanning. I'm a not sure if this is common practice at Changsha. 🤔 The sound proofing kinda lacking where next door couple banging in middle of night. Well, as for whom intend to travel with cab, it might a require a few more steps walking down the crossroad because the hotel driveway is gated and seems most cab driver would miss it.

Perfect location! This hotel is right in the heart of the walking street, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the vibrant nightlife and markets. If you want to be in the middle of the action, this is the place to be!

Ctrip's rating system has serious problems. Most hotels are rated one or even two levels higher. The service is OK. A simple afternoon tea is provided. The mirrors in the corridors are all spotted. There is no independent elevator. It is shared with a bunch of companies. It is difficult to wait.

The hotel is clean, spacious and bright, with convenient facilities, very good service, warm and efficient, basically responsive, and very satisfied with the stay! Xiao Deng's service is very good! The location is very convenient, and it can be quiet during the May Day holiday. The bed is also very comfortable, and I can sleep well every day after walking tired.

In general a nice and tidy place. But unfortunately I had bad luck and got a room with only a tiny window (I usually avoid non windows rooms) and I didn’t bother changing it late at night while checking in. But because of the lack of proper ventilation that particular room unfortunately did not have good air. Either there is hidden mold or it was the sink canalisation - but anyways there was a bad small and I woke up with headache and sore throat because of it. Needless to say an unpleasant experience and so I changed to another hotel since there are even better located hotels with similar design and standard around in this area. Also the price increased the following days and suddenly wouldn’t let me book with my pre-bought voucher anymore and seems staff wasn’t prepared to help with that, other than they offered I could switch to a higher floor and with proper window. The location of the hotel is fine but a bit more walking to the hot spots than from other hotels, which personally I don’t mind that much. Generally the design and materials used are of high quality but that alone or the breakfast included both were not a reason to stay for me. Meanwhile beware the elwctric plugs are China standards only. Seems an issue in non tier 1 cities but I was able to get a converter at the reception!

A friend recommended this hotel. The newly installed elevator is in use. There are 4 elevators in total. You don't have to wait to go up and down. It is very convenient. The square room is newly renovated. It is super good. The room is clean and meticulous. The service is warm. They sent us to the room and introduced us in various ways. I feel at home. I will stay at Hualu Hotel next time I come to Changsha

The environment is much better than expected. To be honest, the price-performance ratio is really high. There is also a business car to go out. It is quite convenient to pick up and drop off at the subway station. It is also very good to go to the snack street in the city center to eat. It is very considerate to stay in this hotel when traveling. The front desk service is also very enthusiastic

This should be the ceiling of the homestay I have stayed in recently. I really like this Song-style garden-style architecture! It is very artistic and beautiful. I saw that it was going to rain before I came, and I felt that this place was good for watching the rain. The room is very large, the bed is big enough, the bathroom is a smart toilet, the hot water is sufficient, the air conditioning is average, the lobby is a bit stuffy when it is not turned on, but the room is very cool when it is turned on. It is in the alley of Renmei Garden. It is very convenient to find it when you go there for the first time. The taxi location is Renmei Garden. At night, I took a beautiful picture of ancient and modern times in the same frame~~ The snacks sent are also delicious, and the orange slices taste very special! Recommended!
