Changsha Tianxin District Hotels

This is a modern luxury hotel located in the city centre of Changsha. It is about 5 minutes walk from Exit 2 of Xinjiang Middle Road Station metro (just cross the road and turn right). It is 1 station away from Orange Island and also the main shopping street in Changsha. Check in was fast and the reception can speak a little english too. Forgot her name. She was very friendly. The room at this hotel is luxury and without any smoking smell too. What a relief. Buffet Breakfast is luxury and good. They even have ice cream for breakfast. Overall, this is a great hotel to stay in Changsha. Highly recommended.

Very good location, friendly and helpful front desk people. Rooms are spacious and clean with all amenities available. Incase you are a foreigner, the front desk guy will add your wechat and help you in any case.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and we really loved it. Room was big and spacious, staff was polite and welcoming. There is a metro station, Nanhu station just opp the hotel. It is also very near to Wuyi square and huaxing road, very convenient! The staff even helped us with our luggage went we checked out! We would definitely stay here again if we visit Changsha!

The check-in experience was very good. The front desk and the auntie were very good. After a day of walking, I found that the location of the homestay was really good. It was very close to the pedestrian street, Pozi Street, Wenheyou and the riverside. There was no need to take a taxi. Changsha has been sultry recently. The lady also prepared herbal tea and goodnight desserts for us. My friend and I sat at the front desk and listened to the classical music in the lobby. With the rain, the prosperity was crushed in the drizzle. The trivial thoughts wandered in the music. The raindrops and notes were intertwined. Free, comfortable, quiet and peaceful The night of Renmei Caotang is a perfect match for the rainy day in May in Changsha! Recommended to come during the week. The price-performance ratio is amazing!

The location is very strategic, right at the city centre. very close to the busy pedestrian street and metro station, which has direct line to the train station.

The check-in experience exceeded expectations. Xiaoyan, the fairy at the front desk, worked seriously and conscientiously. Miss Peng, the lobby leader, was considerate, warm and friendly, and patient and meticulous throughout the whole process. The room was spacious and bright, the hygiene was impeccable, and the service was also very smooth. The details in the room were carefully considered, just like returning home. The mattress was very comfortable and I slept very comfortably. Going downstairs was the ceiling in the commercial pedestrian street, which was very lively. Eating, drinking and having fun were all available. The location was excellent, with a subway station just outside the door, and surrounding shopping malls and attractions within walking distance. You can go back to the hotel to rest at any time when you are tired, and you can also go to the nearby night market to check in at night, which is very convenient for tourists. The hardware facilities are very complete. There is a self-service laundry room on the fifth floor, which can dry and wash clothes. It brings icing on the cake for travel.

We booked two rooms and called the front desk to arrange the rooms together. The service was very good. The rooms are clean and tidy, with complete facilities. Nice stay, I like it very much

In general a nice and tidy place. But unfortunately I had bad luck and got a room with only a tiny window (I usually avoid non windows rooms) and I didn’t bother changing it late at night while checking in. But because of the lack of proper ventilation that particular room unfortunately did not have good air. Either there is hidden mold or it was the sink canalisation - but anyways there was a bad small and I woke up with headache and sore throat because of it. Needless to say an unpleasant experience and so I changed to another hotel since there are even better located hotels with similar design and standard around in this area. Also the price increased the following days and suddenly wouldn’t let me book with my pre-bought voucher anymore and seems staff wasn’t prepared to help with that, other than they offered I could switch to a higher floor and with proper window. The location of the hotel is fine but a bit more walking to the hot spots than from other hotels, which personally I don’t mind that much. Generally the design and materials used are of high quality but that alone or the breakfast included both were not a reason to stay for me. Meanwhile beware the elwctric plugs are China standards only. Seems an issue in non tier 1 cities but I was able to get a converter at the reception!

I feel that this hotel is located in the pedestrian street, so it is not so noisy to live there. The environment is also good. The most important thing is that the city service is very good, especially the spontaneous protective cover for my ID card (I have never encountered this before, I must give a thumbs up). And the hotel is very clean. I stayed in a disposable bath towel and face towel. Because it was hot, I asked the store for a few more disposable bath towels, and they gave them to us for free (the robot delivering bath towels is also a good comment). Finally, the service was very good, and they patiently answered our check-in details, and gave us a guide to eating, drinking and having fun in Changsha. I must give a thumbs up to Xiao Chen.
