For our family trip to Changsha (2 adults, 2 children), we were looking for a conveniently located hotel as we planned to visit Changsha Fantawild the next day. We initially considered Wyndham, but then discovered the Jinmao Luxury Collection Hotel, and our stay there truly exceeded all expectations. Our booking was for a triple room, which included breakfast for three. The hotel is undoubtedly luxurious, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Check-in was a standout feature: instead of the usual standing in a queue at the front desk, even at other luxurious hotels, we were seated at individual counters for a personalized and smooth process. Elevators require key card access to select floors, and even takeout deliveries are brought to your room by a small robot, ensuring excellent security. The room was incredibly comfortable. Upon entering, there's a spacious walk-in closet, followed by a large floor-to-ceiling window. There were two beds that could be pushed together. The toilet and shower areas were separate, and there were two sinks along with a vanity table. The absolute highlight was a small bathtub positioned right by the floor-to-ceiling window – I even managed a relaxing soak before checking out on our last day! Everything perfectly matched the hotel's promotional images. We were so captivated upon entering that we completely forgot to take any photos. I thought the breakfast was just average, although there was a good selection. The hotel also boasts a swimming pool and a petting zoo. I heard the pool is an infinity pool, but unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to check it out. The petting zoo is quite small but perfect for a quick stroll with the kids. The entrance tickets were complimentary from the hotel, though a feeding package cost 20 RMB per portion. Each room is supplied with 6 complimentary bottles of Bama mineral water daily, and the free tea selection even includes two pour-over coffee packets. The hotel is directly accessible from the Culture Center station on Metro Line 2. From the metro exit, you can walk straight through Jinmao City Shopping Mall to the hotel, avoiding any sun exposure. It's a true all-in-one destination for dining, accommodation, and entertainment, and the price was very reasonable. Plus, the Cultural Center is right next door. My only regret is not booking for two nights!

Yanghu Ramada Hotel is of a higher grade, the front desk service attitude is very good, the transportation is also very convenient, there is a subway station 200 meters away, and you can see the hotel when you look up from the subway station, it is easy to find. The restaurant environment is very good, I love the noodle soup. The facilities and equipment are complete, and the laundry room is what makes me feel good after staying in so many hotels. There are also many attractions nearby, there is a Yanghu Wetland Park, which is only ten minutes' walk away, and the scenery is pretty good. In summary, it is very good and satisfactory. If I come to Changsha again next time, I will choose Ramada

The reception service at the front desk was very enthusiastic. The guest rooms were clean and tidy, with good sanitary conditions. The beds, furniture, toilets and other facilities were complete and functioning properly. The service staff responded to our needs in a timely manner, such as providing additional toiletries, changing bed sheets, etc. They were all very enthusiastic in receiving us without being impatient. It is close to the business district and has complete surrounding facilities. It is very convenient and worth recommending. It is very cost-effective.

The room is clean and tidy. The door on the first floor is very grand. The overall design style of the hotel is really Indigo. The design is unique and tasteful. The breakfast is delicious and the service is in place. Overall, this trip to Changsha is very happy! ! The front desk can help deliver the takeaway. My friend booked the wrong hotel for me, and then my phone was running out of power. Mia at the front desk patiently helped me check and took out the charger for me during the process. After rebooking, the processing speed was also very fast. Then the room was also fully equipped, clean, and there was no odor in the bathroom. The cleanliness party said it was extremely comfortable. It can be seen that the hotel has made great efforts in hygiene. The room is spacious and well-planned. There is no sense of crampedness in general hotels. It feels particularly comfortable to stay. The whole person can relax, the bed is comfortable, and the gym and swimming pool on the third floor are also very nice.

This hotel is rather far from Changsha Central. However, the neighbourhood a newly developed area with modern feel to it. We enjoyed staying at the hotel. It is luxurious and the food at the restaurant tasted delicious. The staffs offer good service too. It is worth the travel.

Meixi Lake Pet Friendly Hotel, Experience Full Score! Bringing cats to Meixi Lake to play, choosing this hotel is too wise! From check-in to check-out, the whole process is surrounded by intimate, must give all five stars! The staff was super enthusiastic and saw that we brought pets. Not only did we take the initiative to provide pet pads and pick up bags, but also reminded the pet-friendly trails in the park with full details. The room facilities are nothing to say, the smart door lock is safe and convenient, the mattress is moderately hard and soft, and it is especially relieved to sleep for one night; The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, hot water is out in seconds, and even toiletries are of high quality. The most pleasant surprise is that the hotel can walk to the lake of Meixi Lake in 10 minutes. It is super pleasant to take the hairy children for a walk in the evening. This pet-friendly, intimate service and well-equipped hotel, I will definitely choose here next time I come to Meixi Lake! ! ! ! ! !

For the newly opened hotel this year, the hotel contacted in advance to confirm the check-in time and understand the check-in situation. It also recommended the Hunan restaurant near the hotel (Changsha for a few days of dining, I feel that this ”knowing taste” is still authentic), the check-in attitude is good, the service is warm. The hotel has a laundry room (with drying), and the laundry will be delivered to the room (if not retrieved by yourself). Take Metro Line 2 and 4 from Changsha South High-speed Railway Station to the hotel for 40 minutes. The hotel is located 4～ 6 minutes walk from the nearest subway station. It takes 1 subway station to get to Juzizhou. Taiping Ancient Street and Yuelu College need two subway stations. The transportation is very convenient. The heart of playing is too heavy, the hotel photo forgot to take 😅
