The rest of the staff were also very warm and welcoming. We came to Changsha with our kids, and this was the second hotel we stayed at – and we were extremely satisfied! The hotel is right next to a subway station, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions. Plus, there's a Cha Yan Yue Se (a popular tea shop) right downstairs! We opted for a suite, and it was perfectly clean with no unpleasant odors. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and approachable. They even arranged complimentary breakfast for our kids, which was such a thoughtful gesture! The breakfast was delicious too, and overall, we had a very comfortable stay. Just before check-out, they even gave our kids some local Changsha specialty snacks. We were so grateful! We will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

Environment: The hotel is about 500 meters away from Exit 1 of Xiangya Third Hospital on Metro Line 6. Line 6 can be transferred to Line 4, Line 1, and Line 2, which are all a few stops away. If you don't change, it is very convenient to go to Huda, May Day Square, Guojin, Pedestrian Street, or to the Provincial Museum and Martyrs Park. Service: The service is the most satisfactory. When I arrived on the first day, Changsha was windy and the temperature was only 4 degrees. There were staff in the lobby of the Capital Hotel who brought two cups of hot tea, which was very warm. The service of the staff throughout the whole process was very gentle. Small things often reflect the overall atmosphere, which is a big praise. Free daily mini bar: Coke and Sprite. I didn't finish the water on the first day, but the service staff still refilled two bottles, which was very considerate. I went to the Provincial Museum with my children for a day and watched a comedy. I like the sitcom ”One Thought·Xin Zhui Meng” in the Provincial Museum very much. You can take your children to watch it. The remains of Xin Zhui's grandmother and the plain gauze clothes, the bronze pig and bronze elephant, and the four-layer coffin are all very interesting.

The location is excellent. The subway station is just a few steps away. It is very convenient. The room is spacious, but as soon as I entered the room, I felt that the toilet had a smell. It should be due to insufficient cleaning. I was afraid that changing rooms would have the same problem, so I simply cleaned it myself with cleaning products. There are not many breakfast options, but it is enough to fill my stomach

I've stayed at this hotel countless times before, but this was my first time trying their apartment/loft style room, wanting to experience something new. However, both the environment and the service turned out to be incredibly disappointing. Firstly, the loft unit doesn't have a landline phone. For any service, you have to use your own mobile phone to find the front desk's number and call them directly. Secondly, the loft room was extremely dirty. The paint was peeling on the walls, the glass surfaces clearly hadn't been cleaned at all, and everywhere I looked, there were various smudges and stains, big and small, on the walls and glass. The bathroom also had numerous dark, grimy stains and watermarks. This is certainly not what you'd expect from a hotel room costing over 300 [currency unit, e.g., RMB]. Even old hotels in Kowloon, Hong Kong, during off-peak season aren't this bad, and this is in a non-commercial area of Changsha! Finally, the service was the most infuriating aspect. Previously, I always stayed in their 270-degree city view rooms, often for ten days to half a month at a time, and I even got to know the housekeeping staff quite well. This time, regarding the dirty and smelly bathroom in the loft, I contacted housekeeping twice. Their attitude was very poor and impatient. They even complained that coming up was 'not easy.' I have to ask, isn't there an elevator to the 15th floor? Did you walk all the way up?! If they were diligent and detail-oriented in their work, would I even need to call them after checking in? It's simply unacceptable.
