We planned the May Day trip in advance and took our baby and parents out to play. We chose Changxing as our first stop and booked a room in advance. I was very satisfied with the service. The housekeeper Leilei was very considerate. She called me one day in advance to ask about the arrangement of the room orientation and arranged it for me in advance. When we arrived the next day, Leilei sent us the location and arranged the room on the same floor for us [strong][strong] She was also very thoughtful. 這個酒店是攜程上找的2025年新開的5星酒店.不知道是不是新開的緣故.酒店管理比較混亂.第一天入住此酒店9樓客房.打開門發現的第一件問題居然是房間不通電.晚上入住的我們衹能在漆黑的房間內等工程部電工來維修.整個經過大約15到20分鐘搞定.然後洗澡的時候又發現淋雨水不熱.我太太洗了15分中的澡都是近乎於冷水的一點點熱水.房間內關燈睡覺還能聽見微弱的類似手機振動的電流聲（酒店門口就是高壓線）反應問題後酒店工作人員幫我們換了件房間在12樓.同樣房型類似問題沒有再出現.類似手機振動的聲音還有.而且有個很低級的問題.我們入住的是兩晚.入住當晚幫我們換的房間居然門卡就設定了一晚.害得我們第二天無法刷卡進房間.又下樓前台補辦了一下.而且客房的床墊很軟.枕頭要麼很軟要麼很硬.被子又厚.我個人覺得這個檔次的酒店不應該有這種問題.而且五星酒店沒有泳池.問服務人員説還在整修.所以這個酒店硬件和軟件管理方面都很有問題.唯獨現在的價格不貴.相比平時一晚400多的房費.其實還是有很多好的酒店選擇.一個酒店最大的作用是讓客人睡好休息好.補充下.早餐選擇也很少.西點和中式點心都很“水”超市半成品的感覺.
