The breakfast is the homestay breakfast, and there is a swimming pool outside. It is suitable for families, friends, and couples. Overall it is still very good! It's a pity that the pillows in the guest room are too high, it is recommended to change it!

GGuest UserThe hotel room is very large. In the bamboo sea, we live on the first floor to enjoy the bamboo, and on the second floor to enjoy the mountain. The layout is reasonable and the environment is beautiful. It makes people feel very leisurely and beyond expectations! 👏The hotel also warmly arranged a housekeeper. Miss Kong Nan was thoughtful, warm and friendly. She introduced various services to us the day before check-in, and helped us book a restaurant and assisted in itinerary planning. During the stay, we were able to adjust various arrangements in time according to our itinerary, so that the entire itinerary was properly arranged! 👍The hot spring in the hotel room♨️ is worth recommending. It is very clean. You can make an appointment for the waiter to come to the door to drain the water. Choose roses🌹 or Chinese herbal medicine🌿, which is great! The food in Zhuxuan Restaurant is also worth recommending. Whether it is a buffet breakfast, a lunch set meal or a dinner order, we were not disappointed. We can taste very authentic local dishes, as well as some special creative dishes. The chef is superb! During our stay, we also experienced tea picking and spa, and the experience was also very good. Next time, I will come with family and friends to experience other room types! 🫶🏻

GGuest UserWhen we arrived, the dam had been repaired, and we could see the beautiful view of Tianmu Lake from the hotel door. The hotel housekeeper contacted us in advance, and we stayed in the private soup room and gave us fish head vouchers. For other dishes, we ordered black rice and The small bamboo shoots are quite delicious when cooked, and the experience is still very good!

MMatibengaThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there.
The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it.
The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴.
So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake.
Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel.
Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place.

JJosa LamI recently stayed at the Hilton Changzhou, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles and provided seamless check-in, making me feel right at home.
My room was a true haven—spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the modern conveniences. The bed was incredibly plush, ensuring I had a restful sleep. I loved the large windows that offered breathtaking views of the city skyline, especially at sunset.
The facilities at the hotel are excellent. I took advantage of the well-equipped fitness center and enjoyed some leisure time in the indoor pool. The highlight was definitely the dining options. The breakfast buffet was impressive, featuring a wide array of delicious dishes, from traditional Chinese cuisine to Western favorites.
What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was attentive and eager to assist, making my stay feel personalized and special.

GGuest UserThe hotel is newly opened, very clean and tidy inside, the whole house is intelligent, you can control the air conditioner, TV, curtains, lights by calling Xiaodu Xiaodu, it is very modern, and there is also a smart toilet, which is very surprising. The front desk lady is also very enthusiastic, and she also helped me make an appointment for free airport transfer. The front desk lady said that free pick-up and drop-off are available 24 hours a day. I will stay here again next time I go on a business trip.

NNicoleneOverall the stay wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t great. I just wanted to say that the staff are amazing, super helpful and assisted when they could but I did have to ask for help often. The pool is basically still water as it doesn’t have a filter , so there was algae in it, which isn’t great.. the bath was broken but they said people don’t use them, my friend and I wanted to use it as that’s why we booked this hotel so we ended up fixing it ourselves. Lunch and dinner options were limited and they don’t really have a cook most the time. You call get a didi to the hotel but you they won’t pick you up there unless you prebook, the hotel can give you a contact for a driver and he’s amazing and willing to work for a full day with out worry, his prices are low and he even spoke to people when we needed tickets to attractions so we didn’t have to use a translator app. Overall the stay was lovely, but it’s not ideal if you want to travel around.

AAnonymous UserRecommend this hotel. Don't underestimate the old hotel, the service is first-class, much better than many new hotels.
Hygiene: After staying for a few nights, I will do a good job of hygiene every day, change new towels, supplement toilet paper and toothbrushes.
Environment: Sleep quietly at night, pillows have different softness options. It is about ten minutes walk from the subway station and not far from the large shopping mall.
Service: I originally booked a triple room, but in maintenance, we changed a very good large suite, and a double standard room, no extra charge. Four bottles of mineral water will be added every day, and the service is very good.
