Chaozhou Xiangqiao District Hotels

This hotel is very clean and neat, situated just in front of chao zhou anicent city which is the key tourist attraction of ghe area. Staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet selection is excellent. Highly recommend this hotel and i will be staying there again next time i visit!

After reading so many positive reviews, I decided to bring my parents here, and the hotel did not disappoint! We booked the family suite, which was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The package included delicious breakfast with a good variety of options, as well as unlimited snacks/ dessert of the day, throughout our stay—a really nice touch! What made our experience even better was their new service: a free 3-hour local tour of nearby attractions. Our guide, 小许 (Xiao Xu), was amazing—patient, knowledgeable, and full of interesting stories about the sights. If you’re visiting 潮州for the first time and want a relaxing place to stay, I highly recommend this hotel!

Overall is good. Space for their breakfast is limited although breakfast is included but you have to seek for seats even when you go earlier for the breakfast. Food choices for the breakfast is limited as well, can taste better. For amenities, they don’t provide bathrobe, body lotion and laundry bag other than that basic necessities js provide.

I had an incredible stay at Caiku Hotel, from the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smile and exceptional hospitality, check in process was smooth. To my surprise and delight, I was upgraded to the best room in the hotel! The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The comfort and luxury made my stay truly unforgettable. Beyond the amazing room, the hotel itself was well-maintained, with great facilities and a perfect location. But what really stood out was the personal touch in the service. SanSan went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience, and I truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-tier service and comfort. Thank you, San San, for making my stay exceptional!

The new hotel has first-class facilities and the room decoration style is also very suitable for young people, especially for girlfriends traveling. The pink room is very stylish, and the tea sets and kettles are very unique, delicate and beautiful. The laundry room is very convenient to use. But I need to make some small suggestions. I saw other guests comment that the front desk staff of the hotel took the initiative to give breakfast when checking in, or gave small gifts when checking out. I bought my breakfast at my own expense and there was no discount. I booked two rooms for two consecutive nights, but there were no small gifts, which was a bit disappointing. In addition, there was a road repair in front of the hotel, which would be a little noisy~

The location is pretty good. It's less than half an hour away from the ancient city. It's just right for a walk. There were some problems with the room, and the front desk adjusted it in time. The service was very good.

Excellent location right in the middle of the must-visit tourist location, Paifang Street.  Best service I’ve ever received anywhere around the globe that I’ve visited before, and I’ve been to many countries including the US, UK, Russia, Australia, Holland, South Korea, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia, and different parts of China.  The hotel room has a modern contemporary look, like a bedroom in a good class bungalow, complete with a huge bathroom.  The staff communicates with you via WeChat, constantly checking on your needs and requests. They send fresh fruits every afternoon and soup in the evening.  I’ve enjoyed the stay so much that I’ve decided to cancel my booking at another hotel for my next trip to Chaozhou in 5 months, and stay at Jiangnan House again.

Clean and tidy, beautiful environment, good hygiene, excellent service attitude, a separate building without being disturbed, very good location, very close to Guangji Bridge Archway Street, worth recommending

The front desk staff is very nice, the inn is clean, and the location is right next to the archway street. The small refrigerator in the room is a highlight, and it is very nice to watch a movie and drink a beverage to relax at night. It is recommended to come and experience it when you come to the ancient city.

Location is very good, out of the crowded area but within walking distance to the historical city center. West Lake is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The street in which the hotel is located has many shops, restaurants and eateries. The hotel is new and well maintained. Sound-proofing is good, there is no noise from the street. Reception staff is efficient and kind, both check-in and check-out have been smooth. Considering the price, facilities are very good. Wi-Fi is working very well, stable and fast. No any negative aspect, just a suggestion for improvement: there is a small but quite well equipped gym room, however some equipment is out of order. A little effort on maintenance would be a chance to earn full marks... :)
