Quite difficult to rate the Xiju actually. We stayed 3 nights, and on the negative side, the first night we were allocated a third floor room which was truly awful, to the extent that we considered canceling our booking for the remaining two nights. Also, in terms of value for money, it was dreadful, and the next morning breakfast was very limited. However, after the first night, the hotel tried it's best to provided an alternative, and at reception, Xiaolin. and Xiaomai were incredible helpful in upgrading us to a much more comfortable room on the ninth floor. We were visiting Chaozhou during the. May national holiday, and room rates were sky-high, three times higher than outside of national holidays. Xiju is a reasonable standard budget hotel and outside of national holidays, provides a good standard at value for money prices. Located on the embarkment of the Hanjiang River, and not far from Guangji Bridge, the location is also quite convenient for many of Chaozhou's major attractions

I stayed here with my kids, and they really liked it. The room had topics, bobo balls, and slippers and toothbrushes for the kids. The refrigerator had drinks, tea and snacks. The floor was very clean, spotless. The room we booked had two beds, and the downstairs was a round bed. The kids loved it, and there were dolls. The first floor was like a cafe, where you could have a cup of coffee and relax. It was very close to Guangji Bridge, and it took about five minutes to walk there. If you are too lazy to walk, you can borrow an electric car from the B&B. The B&B also has free parking and charging stations. It was really friendly to people like us who drove electric cars to play. The rooftop on the 6th floor had a view of the river, which was also very comfortable.

這次潮州出行選擇了潮州鼎鼎有名的潮舍公寓，首先，地理位置優越，步行可到達廣濟橋、泰佛殿等景點。酒店周邊也有很多美食，但是管家推薦的比較地道跟性價比。最另我們滿意的就是酒店的服務態度，小姐姐全程温柔，會提前聯繫發送入住指南，入住過程非常順利！酒店非常高級，預訂的鳳凰島江景晚上會亮燈。哦對，還有衞生很值得點贊👍

The room is very clean. Just across the street is the river. The Chinese breakfast is delicious and the service is thoughtful. The only small regret is that the TV cannot be projected. 100 yuan Cantonese breakfast voucher: the price is very cheap, and several friends have a full meal. I will choose this restaurant next time.

Staying in this brand store under Huazhu, the environment is beautiful, clean and tidy, the smart facilities are convenient and easy to use, the supporting guest supplies are also good, the hotel configuration is of good quality, and the sleep quality is very good. They also delivered the local Phoenix Dancong Milanxiang, which is exactly what I like. Parking is convenient and it is not far from the scenic spot, making travel convenient.

We were tossing between selecting Fortune  Hotel and another one closer to the centre of city . We were glad that we made the right choice in Fortune hotel for our two days holidays in ChaoZhou .  The hotel was very modern and new . The place was spotless clean and lobby reception was staffed by two very courteous young ladies . Our check in was swift and we were upgraded to a room on the sixth floor.  The bedroom was spacious and clean . There were coffee and Chinese tea making facilities. In the mini fridge, we were told the three cans of soft drinks were complimentary. The toilet was very hi tech stuff with automated water splashes and the seat was heated . Now you do not find these kind of toilet facilities in China .  Breakfast has a great variety and selection of food , ranging from soup noodle with meat balls , fried vermicelli , vegetables, fried shrimps, fried chicken nuggets , century egg lean pork porridge , fresh fruits etc.   With this selection of foods for breakfast, you would not be in an hurry to have lunch . The hotel is a bit away from the pedestrian mall in PaiFang Jie , ChaoZhou old town , about 15 minutes drive costing 11 RMB . But the cleanliness of the room and large variety of food for buffet breakfast compensate for the slight inconvenience of location. If you are coming in to ChaoShan HSR station , please take the public bus with number K2 for 9 RMB and the trip would take you to the entrance ( South Gate) of PaiFang Jie instead of paying 58 RMB for a DiDi ride . After you have walked the pedestrian mall and seen the GuangJi bridge , then you take a private car ride to the Fortune hotel for 11 RMB .  We would not hesitate to recommend to Trip members to stay at Fortune hotel and the decision is based on its spacious room cleanliness, delicious breakfast and friendly courteous lobby staff .

The room decoration is very new, the electric toilet, the health is relatively clean The balcony is on the third floor, very Chaozhou characteristics, the environment is not bad There was a problem with the room at the beginning. Miss Sister immediately upgraded a ktv suite and gave breakfast. The service was great ～. The teapot in the ktv suite is in the table, can be lifted and lowered, quite advanced, there are five kinds of tea bags in the room to soak The only drawback is that it is a bit far from the ancient city. On the other side of the Han River, there are no street lights nearby, but a taxi is only a dozen yuan. The picture is put in two sets of photos before and after the room change, for reference ～

清明假期住了兩晚的非常棒的酒店！下車時看着馬路有點嘈雜，一進酒店大門走進去後真的很“哇塞”，別有洞天的感覺，非常喜歡的民國風調調，裝修擺設傢俱都非常有品位，很新很乾凈，晚上也很安靜，房間也非常寬敞，兩個娃玩的很開心！自助洗衣房也很方便，特別是烘乾機，烘半個小時衣服就乾乾爽爽的，非常給力！早餐是潮式粉面配各種小菜，我們也很喜歡！愉快的旅程，美好的時光，下次來潮州還想住這裏！

This B&B is not an ordinary B&B, it is at least of the hotel standard above Atour. The rooms are clean and distinctive, with complete facilities. Bathrobes are prepared, and the disposable slippers are unique. The scent of wood hits your nose as you enter the door, and there is a tea room on the first floor. The boss was very considerate and prepared breakfast for me. It was such a pleasant surprise. I was so busy eating that I forgot to take pictures. I almost forgot that tea sets were given when I checked in, thank you very much😊

High floor, pure river view room, the room orientation is great, facing the Guangji Bridge, the entire river, Guangji Bridge and the ancient city are in full view. The apar**ent is conveniently located, the check-in procedure is simple, and the hygiene is also good. There are few breakfast options nearby, except for the InterContinental Hotel buffet. If you are not sure, you can ask the security guard at the entrance of the guesthouse.
