客棧很大，位置很好，樓下就是牌坊街，不遠處就是小吃街，美食很好吃，牌坊街很好玩，此次潮州遊非常滿意！好好好👌🏻

訂房時説可享用提前十點入住，但十二點半還未能入住。停車非常難找車位。要停到1、2公裡外再拉行李箱到店非常不方便。店在古城位置非常好，但設施舊舊的。停車要自己找，店家不管的，單找車位都用了二個小時☹️

客棧位置確實很不錯，房間面積也算周邊客棧裏大的，我連續搬了三個客棧，就是想住面積大些，這個客棧房間面積挺大，不過整體來説客棧年代有點久了，舊舊的，感覺不那麼好。

衞生較差，床單有很多污漬點點。枕頭背後也是 ，發黴的黑點。三樓出電梯口是一個廢棄的貓咖。一股尿味很重。地板還是壞的，踩下去有一個大洞，出房間門需小心。

老酒店，設施有點陳舊，不過在景點裏也能理解。不過停車不方便，周圍沒有停車位，隨便停了下吃了罰單，車子罰單比住宿費還貴。。。。

服務態度還是不錯的，幫我們升級了一個房間，是因為之前那個房間廁所塞了。出行很方便，就在排房間裏面，大家如果衹是睡個覺的話，就不要太在意裏面設施比較陳舊。

總體評價不錯，為了古城中心的位置，前台小哥服務態度也很好，説一下優缺點吧
優：服務態度好，價格實惠，位於古城中心
缺：房間隔音差，門給人感覺很脆弱，房間有一些舊，但還是乾淨的

不是點評過了嗎？怎麼又要來一次？客服前台小姐姐特別好，我們延遲退房了，看了預訂還夠住就沒有死催，多要了兩瓶水，也沒有收錢。整體讓人心情很愉快

房間挺大，床比較硬
陽台很大，吊椅是壞的，也沒人收拾，比較戰亂，可惜了
屋裡的塑料拖鞋臭氣比較大，很燻人
好的地方是:位置特別好，就在牌坊街上，中心核心地段，樓下就是西馬路小吃最集中的地方，離廣濟樓和廣濟橋走路3分鐘可達。
