Hygiene: Very clean and the cleaning lady is very good Environment: The environment is good, close to the subway, and the bus station is right outside the door. Service: The front desk service is warm and comprehensive. Great value for money, will come again next time.

First of all, it is very difficult for me to give a negative review to a hotel. I am also engaged in the hotel industry. It is not easy for everyone, but I am indeed very angry! The service is not proactive and the service efficiency is low. I asked to clean the room at 13:37, but came at 15:00. I was resting at the time, and the auntie who cleaned the room kept urging me to clean, and she almost opened the door and came in. After cleaning, She told me that if she hadn't waited for me, she would have gotten off work long ago. I had to smile and say sorry, thank you. I have never seen anything like this. The front desk also told me that the deposit refund would be refunded to the original payment account, but it was refunded today. The room asked me for a QR code for a refund, and the hotel had never seen the money. I checked out 4 minutes late and charged an additional hour of room rate! I was dismissed by the automatic addition of fees, robbery!

這個鼠標。。。看着真的很影響體驗啊。除了這個進門就能聞到煙味也是。。。我既然選了電競酒店，那你這個和網吧一樣的鼠標和煙味，我為啥要選你呢，180在電競酒店裡也不算便宜的了，是個正常的價位。但是還是第一次看到這樣的。。。

帶我弟到ag戰隊老家成都來玩，滿足他的心願請他住電競酒店。網速很快，設施很齊全，他説打得很爽。 位置：離地鐵口很近，且在2號網上出行方便 服務：周到、細緻。弟弟平板電腦忘記拿了，酒店及時提醒，在一小時內取回，很感激店家🙏🙏🙏 非常推薦給大家！🌼🌹

酒店環境很好，前台和保潔阿姨都很熱心，電腦配置高，酒店衞生做的很好，毛巾浴巾每天都會更換，周圍交通也很方便，總共入住三天，體驗很不錯！！！

訂房的時候我選擇了積分兑換水果入住時我也説了我有積分兑換水果，他給我贈送的是乾果但是我看權益是有乾果的，當然我也不是缺這點水果，幾塊錢的水果我還是買的起的，我衹是覺得沒有享用到我該有的權益

出差一個月，在附近多家酒店換着住，在這家住了多次，相比較下很滿意，房間設備用品都乾淨，兩位前台小哥服務態度都很好相處融洽

服務好，有啥問題都立馬給解決了，加了前台微信需要什麼也可以直接打電話跟她説。房間很新，環境出乎意料的好，收拾的很乾凈，設施完善，配置好網速快，總的來説性價比挺高的。我和我那手無縛雞之力的懶人閨蜜躺到下午捨不得走，比去網咖舒服多了，玩累了洗洗睡。平攤下來一個人也不貴，有些網咖一天下來都比這貴其實。

酒店前台服務真的很好，小哥哥 小姐姐很負責，晚上很安靜，沒有喧雜的聲音，網速也很快，續住了好幾晚上將近一個月

環境很好 前台服務也很好 有問題前台小哥哥也會馬上幫着解決 不錯👍
