hotel improvement in terms of foreign customers is good, more people speak english, no as before were almost nobody could speak ( pre covid time) next time will stay again because of great location, good breakfast and very helpful staff

I was on a business trip to Chengdu and booked the Chengdu Hongding Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale in advance. The hotel has a superior location, convenient transportation, and many delicious foods nearby. The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is comfortable, and the toiletries are complete and of good quality. The breakfast is rich in variety, both Chinese and Western, to meet different tastes. The hotel staff Tina has a good service attitude, understands the guests' preferences and related situations in advance, and is well prepared. Any problems can be solved in time, and I manually give a good review here. I am very satisfied with the overall stay experience this time, and I will choose here next time.

I stayed for two days. On the first day, there were scraps of paper on the bathroom floor. On the second day, I changed rooms. When I washed clothes in the wash basin, the water was very slow. I took the drain and saw that it was full of tea leaves and hair, so it was blocked. The window was closed and locked. The waiter needed to help open the window. I urged him once after ten minutes, and he came to open it after another 20 minutes. I didn't see any foot bath bags or souvenirs mentioned in the comments.
