Chengdu Jinjiang District 5-star Hotels

Best hotel breakfast in our Sichuan trip! There is Chinese-style and Western-style breakfast, sausages, bread, cereal, and milk. The best part is they have coffee machines. So we can finally have espresso in the morning. The room was clean and nicely equipped. Reception was also really helpful. Even if she didn't speak English, she tried to communicate with us by using a translation app. Tammy is also really nice. She helped us book an airport drop-off. The hotel location is also super. Within walking distance from Tianfu Square, where you can find many food options at the underground mall, Chunxi walking street, and People Park.

This was a business trip, and I didn't have a favorite hotel. I chose this hotel through Ctrip's recommendation, and I was not disappointed. The waiter said it was a lifestyle hotel, and the lighting was softer. When I entered the room, the light was not glaring at all. The room facilities were very complete, and free drinks were provided. The location was also very good, and it was very convenient to take a taxi and take the subway. Huahua at the front desk provided very good service, and responded promptly to any needs. Check-out was also very fast, and a small gift was given as a souvenir. It was a very good stay experience, recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The service was truly exceptional, with every staff member going out of their way to make us feel welcome. A special shoutout to the room service team—they were incredibly helpful and attentive, especially when it came to assisting us with our laundry. Everything was handled efficiently and with great care, which made our stay even more comfortable. A very conveniently located hotel in Chengdu city center near Tai Koo Li shopping district.  The service is friendly, efficient and welcoming. English is spoken at the check in desk and foreign guests shouldn’t have any issues with staying here hassle-free.  The breakfast is fairly varied, possibly geared more towards the locals, but there is plenty for international palates.  Bedroom was spacious, comfy and quiet. Some of the hard furnishings might seem slightly worn, perfectly normal for the age of the hotel. My only gripe was the non-functioning holder for the bathroom shower head which wouldn’t hold the shower head in place as it was broken. However, the overhead shower curtain worked perfectly and was a substitute for the actual shower itself.

Over the past 15 years, I have used Minshan Hotel's standard rooms, deluxe rooms, economy rooms, business rooms, executive rooms, conference halls, Chinese restaurants, Western restaurants, business centers... When I was in middle school, I watched it being built layer by layer, standing proudly in front of the old money-style Jinjiang Hotel, becoming the Chengdu hotel of that era; I also witnessed its decline in the past decade, but no matter what, such an old four-star hotel has already experienced prosperity and glory, quietly, contentedly, and at the same time, contentedly, and cordially, it is firmly located on the main road in the center of Chengdu, with a clear purpose of advance and retreat, taking care of its old customers. I think I am one of such customers. After all, the equipment and hardware are four stars of the National Tourism Administration and were once the landmark of Chengdu, so they are absolutely impeccable. Air conditioning, hot water, fresh air, bedding, and breakfast can all be said to be great value for money. Maybe it's because the hotel is no longer popular in recent years. The professionalism and level of hospitality of the reception departments such as the front desk, doorman, concierge, and parking lot are not as good as before; but, but, the key point is that the minor unhappiness caused by these shortcomings is overcome by the thoughtfulness, enthusiasm, and kindness of the service aunties on the floor. This is the case every time I check in, and this time is no exception. The aunties on the floor I met, Aunt Xiao, and the other two aunties, I can't remember their names, they are simple and kind, thoughtfully ask about needs, and do their best to meet needs. After comprehensive observation, I think their team really makes guests feel at home. Minshan Hotel is a very kind existence in the hearts of us wanderers. Every time I return to Chengdu and stay here, there will be many beautiful life memories in my heart. I sincerely hope that she will not collapse or downgrade, but will have a long-lasting foundation and guests. My home is nearby. My relatives and friends came to Chengdu to play. They stayed here. It was very nice. The environment was beautiful. There were flowers and plants everywhere. It was a good place to take pictures and check in. There was a large forest in the yard, like a small park. When I woke up in the morning, I could hear the birds singing. It felt really good. The service was great. I encountered some minor problems when I checked in. The front desk and lobby manager helped me solve them enthusiastically and patiently. I like it. The room was very clean. The decoration style was the style of the Republic of China. The room toiletries were L'Occitane, and the bedding was very comfortable to sleep on. The breakfast was rich in variety and tasted good. Parking was very convenient and free. Just tell the front desk your license plate number when you check in. The surrounding transportation was convenient, with buses and subways. There were also many places to eat nearby. It was easy to find after walking for more than ten minutes. This environment is really suitable for bringing the elderly and children to stay. I highly recommend it~

Everything abt this hotel is amazing! Ideal location, near to major attractions and nice food nearby and til very late. The room is spacious, big, luxurious and very clean. Service is top notched too, everyone is helpful and friendly. Will definitely go back again !

We truly enjoyed our stay at Iseya Hotel Taikoo Li. Room was spacious, clean, our beds are very comfortable. We felt like home! Definitely come back here next time. The location is so convenient. Bus, train stops at door step. Shopping centres, restaurants, everything is just downstairs. I have to give a special thanks to our butler Xiao Yao. He has been very helpful with delivery even before our check in. We really appreciate his help this whole stay!

Everything and everyone is attentive enough and clean enough except for the last morning, the food became so-so, egg station female chef was rude when I was asking about the eggs cooking style, smokers smoked in the corridor on the level we were staying on, cigarette butts everywhere even though this is not a smoking hotel.

The Hotel is great. 5-star hotel by Wanda. The room is spacious, oriental-style room. It has a massage chair, big bathroom with a bathtube. The most important thing is the quietness from outside noises including ur neighbours. I think the room is very comfy and warm to our liking. This time my booking includes a breakfast that cost about 35usd for 2 person, which i thinks the food is ok. Nothing fancy. Has no wow factor for us. It s a standard 5-star breakfast buffet. I found no local breakfast delicacy. But i didnt expect too much as it is a 5star hotel catering to international guests. Overall, our stay was great.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
