First of all, I have to thank the housekeeper Xiao Zhou, who took the initiative to contact me before check-in, and upgraded the room for free and arranged the room according to my requirements. The overall feeling of the hotel is very grand, whether it is the guest room, the front desk, or the dining, it feels good, so I took a few more photos. See the picture for details. The hotel housekeeper can do what you ask for. Parking is convenient and free. The breakfast is quite rich. I personally feel that it should be considered a very good hotel in Xindu District (I don’t know if it is the best.) It’s a bit regrettable that there is no robot to deliver takeout, and you have to go to the first floor to pick it up yourself, which feels inconvenient.

Good service attitude: The hotel staff are very kind and the butlers Rachel and Jerry Wang are warm and thoughtful, making you feel at home [strong]. 2. Complete facilities: It is a newly opened hotel with very complete facilities. The rooms are clean and tidy, the beds are comfortable, and the air conditioning and hot water supply are good. 3. Convenient transportation in the surrounding area: The hotel has a strategic location and convenient transportation. It is very close to Liaojiawan Subway Station, making it convenient to travel. 4. The food in the hotel restaurant is delicious, and 178 Hot Pot Restaurant is very unique. Reservation is required. It is recommended to experience it!

This was a first class experience at a first class hotel. Right from the start I was made to feel at home and was allowed to check in much earlier than 2pm which was ideal as I could freshen up before going to my future work place. In addition, complimentary breakfast was added to my reservation which again was a big bonus and the choices were fantastic. The grounds around the hotel are very nice to take a walk and the hotel is very near to many restaurants. The room itself was comfortable and great value for money and even having a bathtub was nice to use at the end of the day. This is a great place for anybody to stay and is family friendly which is convenient to go and see the pandas. All the staff were fantastic but I must mention Paul who really went that extra mile to make stay comfortable and even exchanged his Wechat in case I needed any help. His professional approach and English speaking ability is a great asset to the hotel. I will definitely be returning soon.
