Good: nice river view, near restaurants, can walk to the market Bad: the staff are not so active, they ask for deposit money 500 baht, and they have no change for 1,000 note. ( should be prepared if you ask for deposit ) the air-conditioning is not getting to the bed, it gets cool slowly, BREAKFAST Very BAD!!!

It was an okay hotel for its price. Since it was ***** New Year, all of the hotels I used to stay in Chiang Mai was fully booked so I thought I would try this hotel. When I stayed it was under renovation so the pool can not be used and full of all the dust. And also some noises during the day. This has not been notified in advance and for health and safety with all those dust they shouldn't have let any guest stay. The hotel near the street and it was so dangerous to get out of car especially with big luggage. They painted the room brand new but shower room was still dirty. The staff was good. Towels were so dirty. Bed is the worst. It's too hard to sleep on. There are so many hotels in Chiangmai that you can stay with this price with better bed.

It was an amazing stay - 2 night's. Room very clean, air condition was great, the garden around was absolutely gorgeous! The owner super nice and always happy. We could leave our luggage after stay until the flight in the evening. Also great base to walk to chiang mai. 20 by walk to center and 15 min walk to street food, mcd,.. I recommend for all.

Great service, good food. The smile from Thailand is really shown here. Even the manager and his staff helped me with learning the Thai language.....splendid. The service is outstanding and you really feel like an important person.....and they do this to everybody...

Extremely satisfied with this hotel, which offers excellent value for money. It had a wonderful holiday vibe, and the attention to detail in their service was evident from the moment we checked in. With welcome drinks and fruit included, it was absolutely worth every penny. Breakfast included freshly made coffee, Thai milk tea, and more, and the food was fresh and delicious. The room was comfortable, and the bed linens were changed daily. The bathroom was exceptionally spacious and truly impeccable. Given its antique house style, it's understandable that some of the room's fixtures might be a little dated. For instance, the water flow from the bathroom sink was a bit slow, but this did not affect its usability at all.

This place boasts a convenient location, making it effortlessly accessible. The staff provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Very good service. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean with a bathtub in the room. View looking at the river.

The location was great for our stay. Walking distance to some cafes and vintage shops in the area. We walked over the bridge that took us over the river and into the town center, which was super convenient. The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. For checkout, our flight wasn’t until the evening but we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel as we went about and enjoyed our last day. Would definitely stay here again.

Impressed at first sight with a shady atmosphere along the Ping River, cool breeze blowing Clean rooms, Wi-Fi facilities, TV, refrigerator, hair dryer The highlight here is the ”location” next to the Ping River, near Khua Lek. Easy to travel, easy to find food, there is a convenience store 7-Eleven and Rimping Supermarket nearby. The hotel room was very basic but clean, spacious and comfortable. The air conditioner worked really well. Breakfast was simply but good- choice of eggs, meat, bread and coffee or juice. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Enjoyed the balcony. Free washing machine and place to dry clothes. Nice outdoor seating by the pool. A small alley to the right of the hotel will quickly take you to a nice supermarket, a few restaurants and just across the bridge are night markets and lots of places to eat and shop. Nice place for the money.
