Very clean room! Toilet is spacious. Very basic room but it is good enough for one night transit stay. Overall a very satisfied stay. Keep it up, Eden!

Perfect location for the train station but a little far out for visiting Chiang Mai. Lots of parking available.
The staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and great air-conditioning.
Free tea and coffee available downstairs 24/7. Good food options available on foodpanda and some restaurants nearer the station.
Small swimming pool was also available to use, which I didn't see in any of the listing but was a brilliant surprise! We would definitely stay again if we needed to be near the train station, we were really surprised how good it was for the price.

It’s a pretty nice hotel. The only issue is that you really only need to stay here if you’re getting a train the next day because it’s pretty close to the train station. It’s a bit far from the center of the old town. The place is pretty satisfactory though.

I lived in three different rooms.
Each room has a TV and refrigerator.
The sink in one room was leaking. Overall good condition of plumbing.
The bed doesn't squeak. The floors are washed, the dust is not wiped.
But the sound insulation is bad. Couples come on weekends.
Simple numbers. Adequate pricing.
Some rooms have excellent mountain and sunset views.
