Some of the bathtub set up inside the room but not like the photo which setting outside balcony. If this maybe your consideration, you can always ask the staff or maybe made remarks while booking so can have a better arrangement. The reception staff are nice and polite who always bring a big smile to welcome you (check in / come back), while the hotel location is inside old town which is convenient to go anywhere in Chiang Mai. Hope will go back there soon.

Lovely staff, relaxing vibe and a super convenient location. Just minutes from Chiang Mai’s walking street. Highly recommended

Had an excellent 1 night stay here for a short business solo trip to Chiang Mai. Great service they were very welcoming and accommodating, free Netflix, complimentary minibar, all the amenities you need, nice shower/bathroom and comfortable bed. Pool is small but lovely and the restaurant was a great place to work from during the day (minus the Thai heat).

I feel so regretful that I only stay 2nights at this hotel. I wish I could stay 2 more nights here. A great place to stay, relaxing and watching Netflix in the room.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. The staff were amazing and they made sure we were super comfortable. Pool is great and clean. Very quiet but right in the center of everything you need.

good location, nice room with bathtub. The staff are nice and friendly. Check in at 2pm, event hough at 13:50 and they have rooms available. They still don't let you in.

A nice hotel with clean rooms and good service, perfect location: in the historical downtown that’s also not far from the airport. I wish the hotel had a gym. Also thicker doors (not to hear people in the corridor) and buffet style of breakfast (so a guest could try different dishes not just choose one) would be highly appreciated. Overall I’m satisfied with my stay 👏

Great location and the room is very clean. Just a little bit noisy at we were staying at 2nd floor, which is same floor with the hotel's bar and restaurant areas. The moment you step into to the hotel area, you really can feel 'Chiang Mai vibes'. Highly recommended:)

Very nice design hotel but poor service . After check in the staff didn’t not say a word or snow us the way to the room . he seems had no patience at all to answer any one of our questions . Such a pity the hotel is beautiful but the service was not quality to how it looks .

The hotel is new and very clean. All fixtures and fittings are new and beautiful.. I guess that is the reason why the hotel is not fully occupied and in many occasions you have the entire pool and kitchen to yourself which is wonderful! The kitchen offers a few options for cooked rice and eggs. The freshly cooked fried rice and fried rice noodles are really delicious.. But the kitchen staff are not very fluent in English so they may misunderstood your orders. You need to repeat your order a few times to make it clear to them..Overall, we enjoyed the quiet and beautiful ambiance and nice breakfast served in this hotel.
