Unfortunately it was raining, but the service was very good and I was very satisfied. It was off-season so the price was also cheap. For dinner, we were served a variety of Arabic dishes, all of which were delicious.

The room is very clean, the bathing facilities are complete, and the bathing water is large. There is no peculiar smell. You can overlook the starry sky at night and the moonlight is beautiful. You can overlook the entire Moon Valley. The road to the hotel is very easy. You can drive directly into the hotel and it is easy to park. The service attitude during the entire check-in process was also very good and the breakfast was delicious.

It's a very distinctive room with good privacy, clean and hygienic. There is no loud inflating sound indoors. Three bubbles and the terrace hot spring pool form a courtyard. The top of the master bedroom bubble is transparent, and you can see the stars while lying on the bed. The middle of the sofa bubble is transparent, and you can watch the sunset. The other bubble is the bathroom. The first two bubbles have independent air conditioning, and the last bubble should be ventilated. The front desk and restaurant services are very good👍

Dilapidated structure and services that need to be modernized. It is absolutely not a Luxotel.

A nice and relaxing place to be to recharge your batteries and be one with nature, the amazing views of the desert and the rose mountains is breath taking, the bubble rooms provide a chance to witness wonderful sunrise and sunset experiences as well as stargazing at night.

Visited Jordan for a friend's wedding, and finished the trip by spending a night at the Bubble Luxotel Petra with my wife. We were surprised by the beautiful bubble pods we had booked which contained all amenities needed, and the jaccuzzi overlooking a vast red sand valley. To get to the bubble, a group of big shuttles came to pick us up before going on a dune bashing adventure towards the bubbles. Food was good, service was great, and the shisha night was great. Would strongly recommend going for the stargazing activity.

The room was so unique and views were just amazing. The bed was brilliant. Shower was ok but you have to remember you are out in the desert with limited and very expensive water and electricity supply. Jacuzzi was an added bonus (noting the water supply challenges). Staff were very friendly and lovely. I must say, though, the dinner and breakfast included was exceptional. So much food, so many choices laid on our table, every single thing was absolutely delicious. One of our family members is celiac, lactose intolerant and extremely nervous with food. The chef came out to our table and checked every detail, answered every question and gave the assurance a young Australian boy in a foreign country could need. Thank you chef. Jordan is very reliant on tourism and has been deeply affected by events nearby. I wish tourists understood that Jordan is very safe and you are helping their economy and people by visiting. Come! As every Jordanian says, you are welcome.

We had a great time in this wonderful hotel. The place is good, calm and we had the chance to be there with full moon. The bubbles are perfectly functionnal and comfy, the staff is underscriptible, they are really kind, helful and sweet. The meals are really good, atmosphere is relaxing, and I really insist, the staff is really nice. We enjoyed the bath tube on arrival evening, it was a great and relaxing experience. Thank you!

This hotel is a short drive from Petra, offers the best views! If you are lookng for an unquie experience coupled with luxury then this is the place for you. The king size beds are super comfortable, has a mini fridge, air con and decking with a jacuzzie. Both the buffet breakfast and dinner are tasty and fresh. Super friendly staff nothing to much bother from extra pillows to turn out the lights so you can fully experience the night sky. Thank you for a great stay!

We had an excellent time and the Manager,Mr.Derin Nayef was very hospitable. He helped us to have a comfortable stay. The scenic views from the room in the morning and night were beautiful and even the room facilities were amazing. Mr.Gurvinder, Mr.Jassi and the chef were able to make a variety of delicious indian and local vegetarian food that gave us a taste of home. Overall , our stay was a memory for a lifetime for our family and I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a unique living experience in Petra.

We loved this hotel, and it is definitely worth the price tag for your time spent in Petra and Wadi Rum. This hotel is a short drive from Petra, so we stayed here when we did our tours and sightseeing to Petra - it was amazing to relax in the jacuzzi outside after spending the day hiking! One or two nights here is definitely enough to see everything and experience the hotel, but definitely do not skip it!

The best place in wadi rum, with friendly staff ( Ahmed is so helpful and professional), beautiful view, best services. Honey moon to remember. Nice atmosphere, rooms are clean and tidy. Spending the night at the jacuzzi with the stars above is a must. Also with all you can see around and great location. Must see in wadi Rum. I love this place.

Located about 15 minutes by car from the Petra main entrance, and with a view over the mountains, the property has a great location. The west facing aspect means that you can sit on tour private terrace and watch the sun go down. The bubbles are very private from one another, screened on 3 sides. Each bubble has a lounge pod, bedroom pod, bathroom pod, and airlock. There’s minimal privacy inside. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner on 2 nights were a buffet. On the 3rd night and 3rd breakfast, these were changed without warning - due to low occupancy. The main communal spaces are cool and subdued (some might say gloomy). This may be traditional, but we didn’t want to spend time there. Nice hot tubs. Well maintained grounds. A few small house-keeping and maintenance niggles. Recommended.

Just gotta spill the tea about my recent stay here. Went in with high hopes, dropped some serious cash, but man, was I let down big time. Here's the lowdown on what went down: Check-in and Reception: Okay, so check-in was a breeze, no complaints there. Staff was cool, gave us the deets on what's what with the place. Room (Bubble) Quality, Maintenance, and Cleanliness: So, our bubble? Old, worn out, and clearly neglected. Broken stuff everywhere – lights, flooring messed up from water damage, and a showerhead that's basically at ankle level. The rusty shower cabin and grimy bubble walls didn't help the situation. Facilities: Jacuzzi was supposed to be our savior after a long hike, but nope, broken controls ruined the vibe. And get this, they didn't tell us we had to wake up the Jacuzzi in the morning – major buzzkill. Breakfast and dinner were meh, and the dining bubble's not see-through, so no views. Oh, and all the hot drinks were straight from a machine! Customer Service: Trying to get what we needed was like talking to a brick wall. Limited English, major headache. Asked for a bathmat and bathrobe – felt like I was negotiating world peace. Value for Money: For the price we paid, this place was a joke. 5-star rating? Please. It was the one letdown in our whole Jordan trip. Location: Okay, not everything's bad. The view of the Petra mountains is legit. The 'Bubble' Experience: Living in a bubble sounds cool, right? Well, reality check – it's a pain. Desert temps are no joke, and the constant hum from the bubble's life support system kept us up at night. Conclusion: Petra Luxotel, you're living in the past. Needs a major facelift to match that price tag. And to my fellow travelers, do your homework on the whole bubble thing before you book. Trust me, it might not be your vibe.
