Dear Folks, I wont suggest this hotel because this totally worst hotel. Don't ever book this hotel, this has no clean, displine. Let me break down some pros and cons. Cons:- 1) Staffs does not have manners, if you are sleeping inside the room, they will have another access card, they use it and directly come and tell that came for cleaning, we have to shout on them. 2) The entire hotel will smell like ****, once you come outside of the room, the smell will be really worst, it makes you to vommit. 3) In the room AC won't work properly, if we ask they will reply that it's summer so they ac won't work properly, as it we are fools 4) Location (Locality is to interior from the main road we need to go all small streets, which i feel its totally unsafe for womens at untime. 5) Refrigerator won't work properly, Fans Don't work properly, Bathroom flush don't work properly. Pros:- 1) Easy access for major locations like Bentha Market, Walking Street. 2) Few Indian restaurant available next to the hotel. 3) Good Friendly front recpetion staffs. As i am concluding that if you are looking for these hotel better avoid and try for some other options, For the budjet segment the are many hotel at the same locations Thank You.

The room is fair for the price, the location is just in the center near everything you need by walking. Just a little bit of comment for the pillow, they are too big and thick, not comfortable to sleep.

Perfect location! It's in the city centre but not crowded and noisy with the hustle and bustle. It's quite hidden in an alley which is safe to enter. It's close to everything. You can walk and shop at the nearest central market, small breakfast stalls outside, and lots of coffee shops and restaurants. The staff are really good. They are willing to help if you are in need. Wi-Fi was pretty good and most especially in the bed- very comfy!

Everything is good. Not much noise from the surrounding. Suggest for the hotel to have regular checks on air-condition and water pipe…

Felix Hotel is a wonderful hotel with lots of features. The main thing was its staffs. The front office guy, actually I forgot to ask his name, he was so friendly with wholehearted smile, he keep doing services in the night time also. I needed an extra blanket in night, and he helped me without wasting any time. The another feature was its location. Its so close to the Bui Vien Walking Street and Ben Tanh Market is just 500 metres from this hotel. Lots of food joints like KFC, Highlands Coffee etc are surrounded by this hotel. The rooms are so neat and clean, the bedding was perfect, situated in the heart of the city, but sound proofing was excellent. The washrooms are hygienic and clean. A perfect Hotel!! Felix Hotel offers bike rentals in an affordable price, and helps us with some tourist informations. Overall, I got 5/5 experience from this hotel. And Highly recommended!!

There is only one good thing that is cheap price. On the other hand, the service was terrible and nothing. I stayed two nights but the hotel didn’t clean my room. (the staff explained me that i should tell them i need cleaning when i did check out. Is that too late?) The pillow was too big and room was noisy. You can’t take enough sleep except for night person Also, the chair was very cheap, when i normally sat down, it was broken and i was hurt. There are too many risks here. Dangerous. It’s convenient to access to Bui vien street, but if you have money, I recommend you to choose other hotels.

Simply the worst hotel I’ve ever done. Super dirty, they don’t clean the room. There are no windows, you feel like you’re in a cage of rat. The emplacement is horrible in a small street at the back of dark street. It’s super super super dirty I simply have no words.

Friends vacation, best service location and room is comfortable. Friendly staff. Would recommend ✨✨✨

This gem of a hotel comes highly recommended It was an excellent choice and so happy to stay there the bed was so soft after a long journey and cable tv was perfect to relax as I drifted off to sleep Really good service as well The manger Heeu pronounced Heeu was a beaming friendly guy who did a great job of organising things for me On the whole it was very well run and do yourself a favour and stay with these lovely people

The staff were helpful, even guiding me where to go. The hotel was suitable for travelers

I think that bathroom not clean, somebody had use my bathroom before i check in.
