Cleanliness needs improvement. The room is well-appointed but noisy due to the poor quality of the materials.

I was happy that water was free. As it was a new inn, it was clean and there was no need to worry about bugs. The people at the front desk were also nice. However, perhaps the air conditioning was linked to the outside air, so it was hot during the day and cold in the morning.

Although the hotel is in a good location, it is very difficult to find. My friend and I spent almost an hour looking for it, relying on navigation and asking many locals before we found it.

The room is very clean. The owner provides good service. Even though we went during the flood, everything was difficult. But it's good that we went when the water had receded. All the entrances are a bit slippery, but we were welcomed very well. Recommended.
