Owns by a small family and they are super nice. Son can speak English well and helped me with everything. No elevator so you have to carry the bags upstairs by yourself. Clean area and security is satisfactory. Rooms are small and nice. Bathroom is small but I was the only one staying so it’s okay. 10 mins walk to the city center. Overall it is a budget friendly hotel to stay if you are not expecting luxury service.

- The room is okay for the price paid. The owner of the hotel is kind. The room view is beautiful. Someone walked me to the room. I think it was his son. The environment should be peaceful.
- I have a problem with the bathroom. The shower water flows very slowly. It takes a while to shower. But the water spray and sink flow well.
- It would be great if there was another door lock. There is only a doorknob. It might feel a bit worrying.
I will come back to stay again. It's a pity that I had something to do all day. So I only stayed for a few hours.

I specially booked this apartment for the Saturday night market. The overall environment is very good. It is 2 minutes away from the alley next to the main road of the night market. The entire apartment is quiet, sunny and well maintained. The first floor has access control and is very safe. The room There is a small balcony to dry clothes, and you can see the scenery of Chiang Mai while lying on the bed. It is very comfortable. I would like to say a few comments. The bathroom is not very clean. There is only warm water but not hot water. Maybe Thai people only bathe in warm water.
