Part of the breakfast is buffet, part of the order is very rich, the bed is big, the view is good, the hotel is in a small alley but it is also convenient, but the soundproofing is not very good, the sound of the next door is very clear. I was disturbed for two nights.
The hotel's location is outside the old town, so it's a bit difficult to access, but the facilities are clean and quiet, and although the breakfast doesn't have a lot of variety, it's nice because it's thoughtful.
The room is smaller than expected.
It was especially inconvenient because it was a family suite and had only one bathroom.
The shade of the tree next to the pool was so nice that I felt good every time I had breakfast.
I am satisfied for the price~~
this is a hotel located right in the heart of an active neighborhood.
Lots of small bars and eateries.
Wifi is just ok....could be better
room is clean, and the water pressure is good
Staff is very friendly

It's okay, after all, it costs more than 400 yuan, breakfast is not included, the picture is clean, but it is not very quiet, because it is close to the road in the ancient city, and there are many motorcycles. If you want to be quiet, it is recommended to live in the alley of the ancient city. The service is good, you can't speak Chinese, no Pick-up service, and no smart toilet. Only bicycles, but in Chiang Mai, if you want to survive, don't ride a bicycle, you know
I traveled with my family. My sister chose the hotel. I didn't have to worry about anything during the whole trip. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is also very close to the airport. It only takes a few minutes to get there by taxi. The hotel is very close to the ancient city. It is just a few steps away. It is also close to the shopping mall. There are many places to eat nearby. In short, this local hotel with characteristics at this price is still highly recommended

Located near Maya Mall and the White market night market. all just a stone throw away. Not to mention its also near Monkey Bikes. a shop where you can rent bikes and explore more of Chiang Mai.
Took us a while to find the location tho because they were renovating their front (restaurant) . the path to the hotel is a small passageway to the back.
The staff was super friendly, as what you would come to expect from warm and hospitable Thai people. always with a smile on their face. We arrived to the hotel early and dropped our bags off. when we came back. the staff had carried it to our rooms. I know this is something people come to expect from hotels but mind you this is a boutique and small hotel so it was a lovely surprise.
the room was comfortable and the bed as 5/5 for us. just envelopes you after a long day of exploring and shopping and eating. tv was big and had the usual smart tv set up. so you can sit was and enjoy the movies and series while having your off day.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is that the temperature of the swimming pool was neither too cold nor too hot, making it easy to use.
The room condition was not bad, and overall it was good, but the breakfast was the worst quality among the hotels I stayed in Chiang Mai. Other than the breakfast, it is a great hotel.

Pros: Very neat and clean. It is located in the center of the ancient city. There is a pharmacy and 7-11 just a few steps away. There are also many restaurants next to it. However, because the hotel faces the rear, it is not noisy at all and it is quiet when sleeping. The staff are friendly and polite. Refreshments were also given when checking in.
Disadvantages: It would be nice if the room was a little bigger. The lighting is a bit less and a bit dark. There was also a mosquito seen on the first day, but these were acceptable.
The point I want to mention most is that one day I ate too much and felt sick to my stomach. I went to buy medicine and found that the pharmacy was closed. I called the front store and asked the front store. He said that I could take my mother to 7-11 to buy medicine (he helped translate) because I My mother didn’t speak English, Thai, or Chinese, but he helped her successfully buy the medicine. And she was very considerate and asked my mother to take photos of how to take the medicine. Thank you very much for their help🙏🏻
Hotel is in a great location with many coffee shops, eateries, stores and places to visit. The room is clean and pretty spacious. However, there were some ants in the bathroom but that wasn't such a big deal to me. The hotel staff is friendly but there is no additional room cleaning or changing of towels. But I am sure it can be requested as I asked for toilet paper and they happily provided. All in all, it's a really great location as I walked to the coffee shop in the morning and there is an ATM nearby as well as places to see (meditation temple, craft/food, stores).

SsxslI read two negative reviews before traveling and was a little worried. After the results arrived, I found that my worries were unnecessary. The hotel has beautiful greenery and the rooms are very clean. We are a family of four, two adults and two children. We did not fill in the correct number of people when we made the reservation. When we arrived, we were told that we needed to upgrade the room type. Although we had to pay the price difference, the extra bed fee and meal fee for the children were included. Very reasonable. Everyone must fill in the correct number of people before making a reservation. Had a very nice three days. For ten days this time, I booked 137, Raya Heritage and Four Seasons Hotel. 137 is my first choice next time I come to Chiang Mai.
MMING HUEIGood location just located beside One Ninman and Maya Mall but 5-7mins walked to the nearest 711
However the hotel soundproofing soso especially you are facing One Ninman which liveband everyday until 2am but if you facing main road the noisy level only for bike which no issue for me and hotel located nearby airport so will keep heard of airplane sound

JJoe Ng 1982This time I stayed in a two-bedroom swimming pool room. It has a sense of space and a large swimming pool. The garden setting design of the room is very good and has a resort atmosphere. I appreciate it very much. There is also a hot spring and the hotel staff are attentive. Except for breakfast In addition, afternoon tea and Mini Bar are provided every day, but the breakfast is a bit average, but the food in the ORB cafe next to it is of good quality.
TTavivWe chose this hotel and it was very good decision.
The hotel is located in the side,
not in the old town or riverside and not in the center of Nimman. But the room and the staff of the hotel the breakfast and all the services were excellent
we got a very nice room in the fourth floor very spacious big comfortable bad and the stuff helped us with everything that we need .
the breakfast was excellent
And for everywhere that we needed to go we ordered bolt and it was cheap and quick,
At night you can walk by foot from the hotel to nimman center where is a lot of restaurants and night action
I really recommend this hotel. I have been in a lot of hotels ,this hotel worth the money that you pay for it
FFiat789The accommodation is located not far from tourist attractions. Especially during the night, it is convenient to travel. But the walkway in front of the room makes noise from the sound of shoes rubbing against the floor and guests walking in and out and talking loudly. (Some groups are intoxicated) throughout the night. If this sound can be corrected, it will greatly reduce the disturbance during resting time. Because the bed and pillows are very soft and comfortable to sleep on.
SSimonExcellent location all cafe and nice restaurants are walking distance. Free parking and bags storage provided for us for our 2nd visit. Hotel is doing some renovation but it did not effect us. Reception speak good English and warm welcome from them. Value for money and will visit again. Should provide some attention and concierge information at the lobby for visitors.

GGuest UserThe hotel in general is quite recommendable.
The location is good as it is inside the wall and very close to one of the main streets where you can find bike rentals, coffee, washing machines etc.
The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and we got water bottles every day in the mini bar.
There is a swimming pool when you get into the hotel and it's okay since it's enough to refresh you from high temperatures.
The staff is friendly and recommend things to do in your stay in the city.
The room was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable.
They have breakfast available in addition to the price .

NNatthaphongI have been staying here from time to time. At first everything was so amazing but my recent stay wasn't pleasant. The room was a bit dirty and old. The shower was quite terrible. The water pressure was very weak and the water was yellow which cuased me allergic reaction.
AAnonymous UserA peaceful resort with cozy environment. It provides clean and big room with a private balcony. The staffs are helpful. Prices are negotiable if you wish to stay for a longer period.
It is indeed a good place to relax. Highly recommended
