The property is located by the Ping River, offering a peaceful retreat for those seeking a quiet place to stay. The room was in good condition, though the swimming pool appeared quite old and could use some tidying up. We traveled as a family and were overall satisfied with our stay. However, a little more attention to cleanliness would enhance the experience.

Lied by the river of Chiang Mai at a quiet and cozy perfect location a beautiful and well designed boutique hotel. The room was a fair size, very clean and nice porch overlooking the river. Breakfast was good but very limited in variety. The staff was excellent and friendly.

The hotel is sitting on the Ping river in a very quite area, the room is very well designed with the less is more concept. We enjoy our morning coffee on the river bank. I will definitely come back to this hotel for my next visit.

The accommodation is beautiful, peaceful, and the atmosphere is very good. Just going to sleep and watch the atmosphere is worth it. The staff at the bar provided very good service, smiling and helping to carry bags. There were many welcome drinks to choose from. The Hong Kong pork rice that I ordered for dinner was also delicious. But the road is a bit lonely. If you don't have a car and have to walk, it may not be convenient (but you can call the service app). In conclusion, if compared to what you get here, it is very good value for money.
