Basic hotel. Good location, although road noise reaches the rooms. Good value for money.

The location of the hotel is superb, just next to the Chiang Mai Gate market. Easy to find some interesting places for shopping, eating, and massages in surrounding neighborhoods. The reception only serves until 10pm but it leaves emergency contacts for after hours. All staff seems to be local youths but they are helpful and friendly. Some drawbacks are that there is no elevator and you have to lift personal luggages if you live in upper floors. The luggage room is not locked, everyone in the building can easily access, it’s not really safe if you intend to leave your luggages for safekeeping.

Great hotel, within walking distance to most things. Hotel staff very helpful and kind.

1) Good location, 2) room is clean and nice, and 3) simple breakfast, but is good. I would like to come back to stay at this hotel. :)

Kind staff and good location.

The Hotel is a few steps from South Gate and still in a very quite place. Staff and personal are very nice and supportive. Rooms are big and clean. Small cosy budget hotel for families with kids and pairs. There is no elevator. Good for stay for couple of days.

This room is perfect for 3 people. Highly recommend! Breakfast is a set menu; staff will give you a menu to choose from upon check-in. The hotel is near Chiang Mai Gate, just a short walk away.

I went during New Year's. The hotel is near the city gate and tourist attractions. It's a 3-story building, making it easy to find food. Parking is limited. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and complete amenities. Breakfast is a self-service set meal. There is no staff to assist, and the building doesn't have an elevator. The price during the holiday season is excessively high, 3500-4500 baht.

Very well located, 10 minutes from the airport. Central street next to a street market and the old town. Great breakfast and recommendable pool.

Accommodation is ok, but book a single room. But got a double bed When booking, please inform that you request a single bed. Came with my boyfriend and ended up sleeping separately. Overall, the breakfast is ok and delicious. The only issue is the room.

Hotel well located to get to know Chiang Mai, small pool just to be passing through, it is a good hotel.
