Stay was good but definitely try select a high room as it can be quite noisy with the sirens.

Very clean room. Air conditioning worked great to help drown out the noise of a bustling city. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

Facilities: Overall good, but a bit old; the gym is great;
Hygiene: pretty good;
Environment: located in the city center, 10 minutes walk from the Magnificent Mile, surrounded by convenience stores and various restaurants;
Service: The guy at the front desk is very warm and polite;
