Very fond of a hotel, the service staff is very enthusiastic, there is a handsome guy at the front desk, and a beautiful girl is very beautiful. Very satisfied with the breakfast, there are coffee and muffins.

The Sales Team Chihiro and Kimberly were professional, eager to help and very effective in meeting our needs for the 4-day 70 person training we held there. The ballroom was perfect for our event and our attendees enjoyed their stay in the rooms.

From the beginning of the stay to the end, we were in complete dissatisfaction with the way we were treated. We were encouraged by the great reviews on Google and on hotels.com of this location, but unfortunately do not believe what everyone says. Don’t be fooled! After we checked into our hotel we went to get food. After we got food and returned back to our hotel, we noticed that there were blood stains on our bed sheets and comforter, upon looking closely. We were obviously disgusted by this and did not want to use the bedding if it had blood in it, so we called the front desk at that time. The lady at the front desk said that she is very sorry and that she cannot have a maid replace the sheets because there were no maids at that time.Then I asked for a new set of sheets and bedding so that I could replace it myself. The lady said that she will send over the bed sheets as soon as possible. A guy who looks like a new hire by the name of “Colby, Colvy, or Toby” (one of those names, the hotel staff declined to confirm which one), arrived at our hotel room in about 10 or 15 minutes. With an attitude from when we opened our door to greet him, he gave us just the bare set of inner sheets. Upon receiving the sheets, I asked, “Could we get a comforter?”. He responded back saying, “you didn't ask for a comforter, I am giving you bed sheets.” I said back to him, “we need a comforter because the bloody bed sheets touched the comforter hence we would need all new bedding.” With extreme disrespect and rudeness, he said he will go get it. When he returned with the comforter in hand I had the old sheets that had blood on it, all wrapped up. Then he gives me the comforter. I asked him “what do you want me to do with the bloody bed sheets”, and he said “I don't know what you want me to do with it. It's not my job. You know, I am doing you a favor by bringing you these things right now, this isn't even my job, I work at the front desk.” Obviously I was very upset at this and I found this to be extremely unprofessional as the hotel had blood on the sheets, and they should do anything to fix it and to make sure that we are happy. Obviously in this case this employee did not care. When I replied back saying “that this is a problem that needs to be fixed and whoever's working at the hotel needs to be able to help me and not be rude to me, I was replied back with a statement that I would be kicked out for being too disrespectful. Along with this, this individual decided to curse at me and once he started cursing at me, with fear of safety because my girlfriend was also in the bedroom I closed the door and locked it. Despite me closing the door and locking it, this man continued to curse me out and it seems like he almost wanted to fight me saying “F*ck this and f*ck that, come on man, it's like that?!” Then I give a call to the front desk and the same lady answers again, I explain the whole situation and she apologizes. Let me just start with the people...I have yet to run into a hotel employee at this place that wasn't smiling, pleasant and happy. Jonte and Jet were at the front desk to check me in on this last visit. I've been here before but MONTHS ago but I was remembered and that made me feel special right off the bat. It's nice when you travel for business and are remembered. Rooms can be remodeled but I can tell you that the attitude of the people comes from the top, and genuinely appreciate the friendly reception here. The hotel rating of 5 stars is BECAUSE of the people. The day I checked out I got an email from Hannah letting me know they accidentally charged me the wrong rate and refunded me the difference. Honesty in business is so rare and I really appreciated her reaching out. The rooms...they are what they are for a TownePlace/Marriott property. They are mid sized, and offer the basics with a fridge, small sink and the basic kitchen essentials. They are clean, as was the bathroom, which is really what matters when you stay at hotel, right? I feel like the water pressure was lacking but with the restrictions on water usage at commercial properties I'm not sure this is the hotel's issue. Last time I stayed here I was upgraded to a suite and that room was much more spacious. Availability is the key to upgrades - and I'm OK with that. There could be better sound proofing between the hall and the rooms. I heard someone letting their door slam all night one of the nights I was there, but again - I'm hesitant to blame the hotel for the poor manners of one of their guests. The location is easy. There are a few (really good) places to eat within walking distance, and it seems like they are building more. The access to the hotel is easy so if you wanted to drive somewhere else to eat you could do so very easily. I'd say this was your basic, standard TownePlace Suites, and give it four stars for being what it is, but the people make the difference to me.

Complete facilities, sufficient parking spaces, good surrounding environment

This hotel is a must stay!! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and welcoming for my toddler and I! You walk into the lobby and are greeted with beautiful fireplace and inviting sofa. The staff are extremely polite and take the time to know you! The room was spacious with a microwave, wet bar, good size mini fridge, a small dinning table, a work desk and ergonomic chair, and a living room! All of the appliances were immaculate! The carpet might need a wash but no smell or stains! My son loved the pull out sofa! To my shock when taking out the sofa cushions I was pleased to see how clean it was! Usually there's crumbs or old food under cushions but no just clean and decent size pull out bed! The complimentary breakfast was delicious and hot! But for mom's favorite part, the bathtub!! Yhe only complaint is that I wish the tub had jets!! Spacious and relaxing and the water temperature as hot as you could stand°° Amazing!!! Second time staying at Ayres Hotel chain and I will now only be booking family trips here! Thank you!!

The good: Good location, lots of restaurants within walking distance or short drive. The rooms were clean, great price, and the breakfast had a good variety. The bad: The first night we were there the toilet wouldn't flush and the sink wouldnt drain, and it took a little bit of time for anyone to get up to fix it, ended up going to the bathroom after we left that morning. The kitchenette sink was gooey and discolored. The shower pressure was not very high. The AC worked, but in order to cool the whole room, the person sitting at the desk or on television couch had to freeze. There wasn't a lot of drawer storage in the room, but the closet was big. The TV auto turns off, which was annoying.

Found it odd that I had to fill in all of my personal info again upon registration even though some of the info was provided previously during booking. The room is pleasant and spacious with a 2-chaired table, a desk, another chair and modern with USB plugs in every electrical outlet. Good firm mattress. No tissue box in room. Translucent 1-ply toilet paper which costs more to the hotel since guests tend to overuse the toilet paper to compensate. No free local phone calls. The breakfast area is actually the same area as 13'x20' lobby with 2 4-person tables. Breakfast items include pre-packaged pastries, corn flakes, coffee and orange juice but NO tea.

Book two big bed rooms, the bed is very big, the thin person feels that one can sleep three people, there is no breakfast there, not far from the early shop opened by the Chinese, it is cheap and delicious, the boss is very good Chinese Communication, the parking lot in front of the door, the hotel location is close to the high speed, a bit noisy, the hotel facilities are generally sanitary, others are good, it is worth staying
