No lobby, weird checking procedure, have to wait 10-20minutes at the guard entrance, no early check in,
Air conditioner in bedroom is not cooling at all & noise,

The hostess (Gina Lee) of The Base Central Pattaya was very responsive in text and voice communication. She was kind, very helpful and provided me with a lot of travel and check-in information. The check-in process was seamless and she made effort to let me check-in earlier than usual. The unit was clean and convenient for everything. There were enough amenities included in the unit. The roof-top swimming pool was very nice. We had a pleasant four-days stay. I will definitely book this place again and recommend to others.

The place was ok. Unfortunately the door needs a physical key and it’s very loud until about 5 am from the music from outside.

Excellent option for staying in Pattaya. Convenient way of check-in and check-out. Excellent service for accompanying your stay. The apartments have everything you need :)

Staying at these apartments was a disappointing experience.
Cons:
•Lack of soundproofing: Loud music from nearby cafes plays from 10 PM to 4 AM, making it impossible to sleep—even earplugs don’t help.
•Poor condition of the apartments: The furniture is old, and the overall state of the place is rundown.
•Limited kitchenware: There are only 4 mismatched plates and glasses, plus an old frying pan and saucepan that should be replaced.
•Cleanliness issues: Cockroaches were spotted in the apartment, and there is no cleaning service or supplies provided for self-cleaning.
Pros:
•The rooftop and third-floor pools are excellent.
•There is a gym available on-site.
•Towels are changed every two days, and toiletries like toilet paper, shower gel, and shampoo are provided.
If you value quiet and cleanliness, I do not recommend these apartments.
