March Hotel

Clean, small room, minor mold missed in corners of showers, but otherwise spotless room. Room lighting is dark, but functional. Fairly new building. Wifi is a negative being 'picky' with what it connects with. No coffee or tea. Location is quiet, but within walking distance of many sites and malls. Several convenience stores in any direction. Take the 'dead end' to get to some smaller restaurants and a large Tops, laundry, and grocery store.

Big rooms Clean Maids are super nice Pool is medium sized and ok.

Clean room and good location for travel. But the light is a little bit dark.

It's quiet room but water temperature is not stable, usually very hot.

Maid for room left a note asking for money to clean room. I told her not to clean room. I refused to pay and she sent pictures of a broken refrigerator tray to the front desk I did not break causing a 1000B charge. It is what it is, but be aware daily cleanup is not 'technically' in the price, and I would avoid room service unless low key paying every time cleanup is requested. Room is decent, clean, and location is within walking distance of many areas. No coffee, tea, or hand soap is provided, just shower gel and shampoo. If you don't get March Hotel, but the joined hotel called May, the internet is atrocious and did not co operate at all with my cell phone dropping out service frequently. The room is decent, but far from a seamless experience. Place was a ghost town until I showed up, and treated poorly when there.

It would be a good idea to ventilate the rooms more often. Otherwise very nice and clean

First arrived took 3 attempts to get in to the room the young lad back down to reception rather than a new key or room final attempt returned with a screw driver and new batteries surly that is something thats tried on a regular basis before customer arrives make sure the door opens so any way on to the room It was filthy the vent on the shower door was filthy I could rub it with my fingers and there was that much on my fingers so I told reception was told it would be cleaned but it wasn't so I cleaned it next day and showed the cleaner my work 😂😂😂also I have never been in a room so dark I asked at reception for a extra lamp and brought this new issue up but was told it's normal and was told sternly tgere was none as you can't see when getting ready for the evening only stand between the lobby and bathroom lights never known nothing like it again told reception but i was looked at as though I was moaning but I was a paying customer never been in such a dark room had to use the light on my phone to monover about but really bad receptionist really poor at her job no resolution just attitude it is not the cheapest hotel in the area there are we much better hotel for less money but most importantly much better service personnel worst hotel is n Pattaya been going for 29 years never use this hotel again if you try book one night see how you feel I don't think I moan just have standards

When you book March you actually get other hoyel May hotel. It looks different then the photo and smaller
