Older hotel that provides good value for price. Location is close to soi 6 and various restaurants and massage locations. Quiet street that is off the main street. Good for value seekers but don’t expect new facilities. Nice staff.

Except for a rude front-desk lady (or two?), I had a good stay and I even extended it. The hotel is overall excellent, nice staff overall (except...), large modern rooms, excellent bed, balcony (but many rooms have hardly any view), and everything worked well, EXCEPT WIFI! I used my mobile phone WIFI because I couldn't get the hotel "stated" hotel wifi. It is non-existant (from my room on the 5th floor).
Will I book again when in Pattaya? Maybe?...

Location in Pattaya? -Good. Access with vehicle? Miserable. - Totally plugged small street.
Room? Classic and quite nice and comfortable. Bed? Slept quite good, and no pains.
A quirky Negative. - - It is like they were saving money on the little things, like a coffee machine in the lobby or other small amenities. / It left you feeling like even Hop Inn gave it much more effort. / Just a little thing, but left a bit of a negative feeling.

The hotel staff is ver rude and specifically the old receptionist who is wearing glasses she charged us extra 100 boat for just ironing my clothes saying express pressing also the room floor was wet with water was not clean at all and smells like chemical. There are no tea bags in room if requested they refused to give complaining they are not giving those for the amount we pay I paid 1990 Bhat and not even tea bags. Finally she made me wait for an hour at checkout to press my dress and blamed me for getting late and charged 200 bhat extra saying late checkout beware of this scam this place is a rip off. And finally charged me 4% for the payment I made such a rip off scam
